More like chicken scratchings. Pretty similar, but more delicious. I've only found them in Thailand. Absolutely the best drinking snack, beats nuts and pork scratchings any day.

Ah, you French people! Always with the meats and cheeses! Is that chicken chunks in the center or more cheese?

Looks awesome!

Breakfast was a mango and a cup of watermelon. Lunch was peanut butter and crackers. Dinner was a spinach spring salad with tuna.

Some tasted pork loin sandwiches which I made last night and brought to work with me for lunch.

What are you getting at?

If you are going to stop eating meat simply because studies have shown it might possibly increase the risk of cancer, you may as well lock yourself away somewhere because we are surrounded by things that might possibly cause cancer.

Yeah, but I'm not that dramatic as you are. I understand that risks are all around but hey your suppose to die one day.

It's healthy to have meat in your diet. Too much could be bad for you. But again, too much of anything can be bad for you.

Agreed. Like most beginner dieters, you won't give up your favorite food right away lol.

I don't think you are understanding. If you really cared about decreasing your risk of cancer, you would eliminate every single thing in your environment that is thought to cause cancer (including sunlight, radio waves, and many of the materials used when building your house). Cutting meat alone from your diet is near pointless.

I soon may turn to be only a fish eater and veggie eater. I learned meat can give you cancer.

And bad for your health, if you don't know what to replace it with nutritionally.

By the way Ranman, people have died from drinking to much water too, so you might want to consider that part of your diet.
Yes, I mean consumption, not breathing the stuff (drowning).

Vegetarians seem to do fine without meat though. They get protein from veggies and beans.

Please quote where I said that you cannot survive without eating meat.

Don't forget, vegetables and fruits are sprayed with pesticides that some studies have shown to cause cancer!
