I've found that PH will add less cheese with any mass-topping order. A normal Peperoni is well cheesed but something like a surf & turf will have considerably less. I get around this by ordering a Margarita and then adding my own toppings separately (chilli, pepper, Parmesan...) .
 
Dinner tonight was a smoked brisket, home made mac and cheese (well, rotini and cheese), and broccoli salad. Dad recently bought a new charcoal BBQ and the smoker attachment to go with it, so he's been BBQing a lot lately. He got up at 6AM on a Saturday morning to start the smoker, and the brisket smoked for 12 hrs :lol:

The result was one of the best meals I've ever had.

He got a Weber something other (can't remember the name) and the Smoke-EZ attatchment. Works really well, before he got this one we had an old propane BBQ with all the "guts" ripped out that we used for charcoal, but a purpose built charcoal grill just makes so much more heat and the charcoal lasts so much longer. We hardly ever use our natural gas BBQ any more, just fill a chimney starter or two and let it heat up while you prep your food.

Cleaning out the fridge. Had leftovers: cheeseburger (beef patty), sweetpotato and coleslaw. Klondike Rocky Road ice cream bar for dessert.

Enough math, more food...

Had a ham and swiss cheese sandwich with mustard with a side of tortilla chips and my famous jalapeno avocado dip for a late night snack.

Wont eat again until dinner tomorrow.
 
Cod loins roasted in tomatoes, onions and olives with broccoli in melted parmesan and a cheeky Spanish white to wash it down. :D
 
The last burrito for dinner. No salsa verde this time, though. I used my jalapeno avocado dip/spread instead. And a cold beer and cold bottle of water, too. Another Klondike Rocky Road ice cream bar for dessert.

Breakfast was a PB sammich and a half. Lunch was another PB sammich and some PB and crackers.

I seem to be on a PB kick today. Not saying there's anything wrong with that. Just pointing out the obvious.
 
That a whole lot of pb.

Had a bologna and egg sandwich for breakfast (12:23 a.m.). just finished 2 chicken, rice, salsa, and corn tortilla tacos. Now i'm slurping down a Nissin Cup Noodles. All meals washed down with store brand bottled water.
 
Last night it was Chicken Cacciatore with a roasted cauliflower and onion salad washed down with organic still cider.
