Had 4 tacos (adobada - don't know the english word for it), had chicharron with lemon and spicy pico de gallo, washed it down with Orchata.
 
Well, I SHOULD be enjoying a stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut but they gave me a pan pizza instead. :grumpy:

Actually, it seems I accidentally ordered this instead of a stuffed crust. But still :grumpy:
 
Dinner was fillet mignon, cubed roasted potatoes and green beans. No more lyonnaise potatoes. The kids didn't eat them last time. That don't like the charred onion. Whatever.

I just had a McDonalds Hunger Buster Meal which has the following

Bigmac
Cheese Burger
Apple Pie
Large Fries
Large Drink(i got sprite)

2125 calories in that meal! That's:

Big Mac = 700
Cheeseburger = 300
Apple Pie = 250
Large Fries = 500
Large Soda (Sprite) = 375

Since I'm on a diet, I wanted to know if I could cheat a little. Not with this meal. That meal is 725 calories more than my entire daily allowance! :indiff: :grumpy:
 
Thats 5450kJ in that meal but for some reason no one knows how many calories in a kJ as each site says something else.
 
I have been making my own black and Blue burgers lately and they are yummy!! Sometimes with a little Sweet Baby Rays sauce. I even put the crumbled blue cheese on the burgers. :drool:
If I put them on the George Foreman it only takes 7 minutes to cook 4 burgers.
Waiting for Ribeye steak to go on sale so I can pick up a few of those.
 
I had a bag of Lays for breakfast at 6:30am. Never again. :yuck:

I like them and all but they're way too salty for first thing.

Brunch was a HBE sandwich on whole wheat bread. 180 calories total. Might have a snack of some almonds later, but we're having a very early dinner again, in about 4 hours, so I might as well wait.

Dinner will be the leftovers from last night's meal, since I only ate half my meal you see pictured above. Plus, more leftovers for the boys.
 
I had my regular breakfast of McMuffin. Probably the best product that McDonald's produce. I won't have McD's for lunch today though, I've already had too much junk this week.
 
Made some 'Bachelor Grub' for the boys with leftovers in the fridge and cupboards. Had some myself since my leftover dinner from yesterday wasn't enough.

Four bricks ramen noodles, can of pinto beans and 12 oz. can of Spam Lite with a few tbls. of homemade BBQ sauce. How does it taste? Like poverty. We have some leftover if you want to come over and try it? LOL

Poverty is a good flavour. I make some of my best meals when I have to shop on pennies.

A lot of the best foods in the world are 'poverty' food. Some become classy and expensive. Like lobster or ribs, for example. It was poverty food until people started to crave it so much.

I see this happening now even more so. People are buying pig heads, goat heads, fish heads and making meals out of it. I've been doing that for years. Nothing like smoked pig head tacos! Haven't done it in years, though.

Just got home from Cherry Berry. Thing 1 was in a play so we went out to "celebrate".

Since being on my own, I had buddies who work as butchers or with cows. Bring home a cow's head or a pig's head for weekend party grub. But, now I have money to buy the 'good stuff.' Like, Spam Lite! :P

Thing 1 = Big Booger?
 
I don't understand why people are so reluctant to eat offal, or other less desirable cuts of meat. Although, I don't really care, I'll have their share and then some!
