I don't understand why people are so reluctant to eat offal, or other less desirable cuts of meat. Although, I don't really care, I'll have their share and then some!

Talking of less desirable features I never understood why it is considered bad to eat fish skin. I eat it all the time. If you give me salmon the skin will be eaten as well.

Interesting fact. If you ate all off a fish including the eyes, skin, organs etc you could survive without any other food or water.

I see this happening now even more so. People are buying pig heads, goat heads, fish heads and making meals out of it. I've been doing that for years. Nothing like smoked pig head tacos! Haven't done it in years, though.

I've seen fish heads being packaged and sold in supermarkets more and more, though whenever I buy an entire fish, I always ask for the head, and any other heads that other customers don't want. They usually just throw that in for free.

I like offal. I like the unique textures and tastes that they can provide that other more "desirable" cuts of meat don't provide.

The long-term implications of eating such a diet are still largely unknown, so stating that you can survive on a meat-only diet as fact is getting a little ahead of yourself.

The most important part of a meat-only diet is a high fat content, as lean meat on its own will cause you problems. Fish alone doesn't provide you with everything that you need to survive, as it is typically very lean and lacks this high fat content that you need on such a diet. Then there are the other problems, such as excessive iodine consumption and the risk of poisoning from heavy metals. With any diet you need to drink water, fish eyes are not enough.

Talapia, white beans with shells and cheese.

Omg ate so much. My stomach rarely pushes out from food but today it does. Ate a crazy amount of Chinese food and than had a ice cream sandwich. I had to try to eat the ice cream I was so full.

Brunch was a smoked ham sammich and two handfulls of Fritos Scoops with a little bit of hot bean dip. Going to BBQ some Atomic Buffalo Turds, hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner. Making homemade chili to go with them and some potato salad. Time to start making the chili and assemble the ABT's after F1 Monaco qualifying.

Scrambled egg, pulled pork, beans, tater tots, and 2 breakfast sausages. Washing it all down with a bottle of Great Value purified drinking water.

Bacon and sausage sandwich, worcestershire sauce, half a pack of black pepper and sea salt Kettle Chips and a cup of coffee.

Leftovers tonight; Smoked Chicken Breast Casserole with left over Garlic Buttered Spaghetti mixed in, with a few splashes of hot sauce to make it interesting.

Smoked brats. Stormtrooper can't go on without his bratwurst.

We have a local store that sells meats wholesale to area food eating establishments. They've got home made brats of various flavors. MY GOODNESS they are good!!! Was never a brat fan until I tried theirs! Johnsonville? HA! yeah right.

Pretty sure these were Hawaiian.

No, I'm pretty sure it's some kind of 'erbal tea with a secret Chinese formula. Tastes a little of ginger.

Didn't Pepsi or Coke make breakfast pop at one time and it failed miserably?
