I had leftover fried chicken and waffles for breakfast, along with some hot chocolate.

Damn, no Innis Gunn in the USA.

I think I've only seen it once in Washington.

I quite enjoyed Innis and Gunn over in Scotland; I wish we had it more here.

After a late brunch, late dinner than normal was Homemade Orange Chicken.

So much for eating light this weekend.

Today I started the same diet my wife has been on.

Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - beef jerkey
Lunch - chicken breast and cottage cheese
Snack - protein bar

I've already got a carb headache. :(

Breakfast:

Slices of wholemeal sunflower seed bread with some stuff on it. A few raisin and cashew nuts.
I have been thinking of eating some fruit as well. The morning is still young.

Lunch:

* mushroom soup

* cauliflower with béchamel sauce and baked salmon, in olive oil and fish chicken herbs on it.

Dinner:

I have no idea.

Leftovers.

OK, I'm getting concerned now. You appear to be eating far more leftovers than meals. You're not going through people's trash are you? ;)

Dinner:

I have no idea.

'No idea' as in, 'I'm not sure what I'm going to have", or 'no idea' as in, "There's a bowl of something in front of me but Lord only knows what it is"? :D

:embarrassed:

The former. I have no idea what I'm going to eat for dinner.

Shows that I still don't fully grasp the English language.

Ow, ok, thanks

Lunch changed a little bit:

Instead of bécamel sauce, I had mayo. I also added, I believe they are called cherry tomatoes. And lamb's lettuce, rucola (salad rocket) and cabbage lettuce.

Made another Ramen burger last night. This time using 2 hamburger patties instead of 1. I also cut up some thin sliced tomatoes and added some Stubbs bbq sauce. Added 1 slice of cheese and a fried egg. These Ramen burgers are sooo dang good. If you haven't tried one yet, I highly recommend giving it a go. Mine is similar to this but mine does not have anything green.

LOL

Yep, but only my trash! ;)

It's just me at times and my two sons at other times. Big Booger has a car and often skips dinners to hang out with his buddies. Plus, he often eats after school's water polo practice which is right before we eat dinner. We often eat early for that reason, but when he eats with his buddies, it's just me and Little Booger. So, a lot of leftovers.

Gonna have to make something tonight, though. Don't know what, but I'll ask the Booger Machines what they want when they get home from school.

Just had Hardees/Carl's Jr. I noticed that I need to work on my fast food burger/fry/soda eating habits. I forgot to eat the fries first, eat the burger second and drink the soda last. The soda fills me up too much before I eat. :P

^ For me it's more about eating the fries while they are still hot.

Tally for the day yesterday - 168.5 grams of protein and 8.52tsps of sugar; well under the 10-15 I'm allowed.

Pretty much on par to repeat that today.

Yeah, I used to work for McDonalds, and we were always told to put the fries on the tray/in the bag last as it was uncovered and would lose it's heat quicker than the other items.

Big Booger brought home fast food. I had some. Big mistake. Now, I feel very sick. Haven't had fast food in a while. Don't need or want to eat this crap anymore. I shouldn't have now. Last time, it was McDonald's. That didn't 'sit well' either. Now I know. All fast food is toxic poison.

I was drinking a bottle of Powerade, and then it dropped onto the floor.:scared:
It then bounced itself right, and only spilled a few drops.

Lucky...

(Oh, and chicken wings.)

A tin of lemon pepper chicken, cottage cheese and water. The chicken isn't as good as the applewood variety I had on Monday but it's not terrible.

Just came home from the gym and I'm soooo hungry. I made myself a nice late evening snack.

Blue berries, raisins, kefir and honey. It seems that I like this food a lot. :D
