Taco boats. Low sodium taco meat, in salt free taco shell boats, with sour cream (always low sodium), low sodium cheese, and homemade salsa.

One thing to remember about taco boats is that if we are going hunting for a salsa shark we're going to need a bigger boat.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

Not much just a few snacks. I wanted to prepare spaghetti but my father doesn't want spaghetti for lunch. What a set back. :P

At least, if nothing comes between, I'm going to enjoy my spaghetti tomorrow.
 
I am pleased to report that as of last night, the pizzas are all gone!

And in celebration, we finished off the cake, too. :lol:

Went to Wagamama. If you don't know what that is then it is possibly the worlds worst excuse for a ramen bar. And the sides are horrendously over priced.
 
Spinach salad for brunch and a baked potato for dinner. Total calories for the day 550. Gonna have a snack at midnight to bump that up a bit since it's too low. Just too hot to eat today. 100° today! :(
 
I had pizza right before I ate those, and today I had pizza at 9AM. To be honest.. I'm pizza'd out.

The scale hasn't changed much thankfully.
Wait a couple of days until all that pizza stuff is turned into body fat. Weigh yourself again and report back. :P

He's probably going to crap some of that pizza - so he may be lighter than we estimate. Unless he weighs himself before crapping, of course.

Right now I'm having the most devillishly spicy caribbean roti. I'm sure I'll be regretting this in the crapper, since my eyes are already tearing from the heat.
 
Had leftovers (Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole) for lunch since it was much cooler to do so than at night. Dinner was a HBE with a Blue Moon.

I know I've had gummy hamburgers before but I can't remember if I've had those or not.

For the record, the hamburgers sucked. :lol:
 
I have never really had a gummy anything that I have actually liked. Too much gummy and too little flavor.
 
I tried these last night. Not too bad.

If you want to try something very addictive try these.

Cheeze-It ZINGZ. The Chipotle cheddar is so addictive. And that's coming from someone that really doesn't eat chips or crackers but these are so dang good. I have been hooked on these for almost a year now! I have a handful every day with my lunch. This is the only flavor I like.

When are they going to make some proper gummies!! All the gummies I've tried lately are like chewing on a piece of acid-soaked tire-rubber.
I have to eat jelly beans looking for the gummy centers.

I have kept away from gummies, though, since a friend of mine asked me why I was eating 'rotgut'.
