What are you Eating/Drinking?

You're thinking of white chocolate.
White chocolate is as fake as chocolatey chips or chocolate-flavored stuff. As @Omnis points out, Chocolate is cocoa and cocoa butter. Chocolate flavored stuff lacks cocoa butter. White chocolate lacks cocoa powder. Both ingredients come from the same plant. If chocolate had a dark to white scale, with milk chocolate in the middle, dark chocolate powder would be at one end and creamy white chocolate at the other.

Of course that store bought stuff is loaded with vanilla and way too much sugar. Try making your own. It takes like five minutes.

And white chocolate is delicious. Throw in some cookie bits for some yummy good times.

Speaking of: It is pizza night.

But that's not pizza, you say. Wrong-ish.

It is low carb pizza with a meat crust.

This is what happens when I work all weekend and get no time to prep some dough or buy premade crusts.

First piece didn't bond together well. The cheese was still too gooey.

But after ten minutes of resting and cooling:

A fork is required, and it is more like a casserole, but it was yummy. Yummy is all that matters, which is why white chocolate is awesome.

This thread should be locked! :irked:

It makes my hungry every time I read about all the "yummy" stuff everybody is eating. As a matter a fact, I couldn't sleep (probably stress related) and started eating while I was reading this thread.

It's GTP's fault that I can't seem to lose the weight (= fat) that I want to. :grumpy:

:P

I have this stuff for my chocolate drinks, just grate some on top and it makes it nicer, i cant eat it out of the pack, way to bitter.

Brunch was a spinach salad and some of Big Booger's chips. Dinner was...

Darkest I've tried was 92% cocoa I believe. For some reason I thought that it'd be a good idea to eat it straight out of the packaging; I couldn't believe how bitter it was.

I've also had one that was 86% that was actually really good. It was bitter, as you'd expect, but with an aftertaste that reminded me of fruit.

Meat-crust pizza? /swoon.

For a true crust, you could invest in some meat glue. Buy some ActivaTI for lean ground beef, or ActivaRM if your crust is a mix of things like a big flat meatball. The RM formula has sodium caseinate to help with bonding, so you might want to play with the pure transglutaminase (TG) ActivaTI formula to keep it low/no sodium. It's about a hundred bucks per kilo, but you can do like 300 pounds of meat with each kilo of enzyme.

I would mix in some TG with lean ground beef, spread it out to pan size, let it set, and then sear it on the hot cast iron or the grill. Transfer to cast iron with the pizza topping and bake. Chicago no-carb pizza. :D

Or, really, beef parmigiana.

Taco Tuesday. Since I make my own tortilla chips that makes it easy to change things up. So, I had what a local joint calls beef tostadas. But I was out of sour cream.:irked:

Casserole time again. Spinach Beef Kielbasa Cheddar Cheese Casserole, to be exact. Great beer before, during and after dinner.

I have been hooked on these for about a week. They just go so perfect with mustard. Also have been eating waffle fries and pizza rolls with this. :embarrassed:
Just been way to busy to cook a proper meal.

Also these for desert.

I mean the classics like ham, ketchup and other sauces are nice because they have the flavour of sauce already, but this is just (I won't say disgusting because I never tasted it) a joke.

This stuff is like edible poverty. Go out and buy some real food, haha.

Lol Wut? Chips that are flavored as a dessert or breakfast? Nope, I'm not in

Here to report back; they sort of taste like Dunkaroos. The sweetness isn't super-strong, which means the potato flavour is pretty apparent. Lays has always been stingy with their seasoning though, so I suppose that's not surprising.

That said, not the worst chips I've eaten.

I don't know what are Dunkaroos. Still sounds a terrible idea to give a cinammon seasoning to a potato. Even if it tastes like a potato chip it's one of those thing I would avoid.

Chips are one of the few things I'm very picky with.
