Sausage, cheese and water for lunch.

Puts me at 660 calories (of 1600), 9 carbohydrates (75 max for the day) and 87 grams of protein for the day.
Do you count calories or do you know who many calories you eat a day?

My wife rented a room for a work party last night and brought home the leftovers. Three Styrofoam boxes of BBQ meatballs, 3 boxes of ham sandwiches, 3 boxes of kabob meat and veggies and 2 boxes of cake. I'm slowly nibbling on it all...

Dinner last night was meatloaf with spicy ketchup glaze, and some beefy onion and mushroom rice concoction.
I wasn't really paying attention to what you posted. The first thing that came to my mind when reading your post was this. :embarrassed:

I'm having a few slices of bread with jam.

I went to see a movie at Movie Tavern today. I broke my diet. I got the gameday platter.

Buffalo wings, burger shooters (no cheese), and cheese fries. It was freaking delicious. To make up for it dinner was just an apple and two clementine mandarins.

Found out something interesting today. I had acid reflux, blame the pizza, today after I went for a jog. Drank a little bit of rice/almond drink, which I got for free on thursday in an organic store. The acid reflux was gone immediately.

Dinner is beer braised beef with homemade salsa verde on toast. Sauteed mushrooms on the side.

Mini ice cream sammiches for dessert.

I made some Jasmine rice to eat with the kabob meat and veggies (now all gone) which was spectacular.

The meatballs are next.

The kids have made a good dent in the ham sandwiches.

The cake didn't stand a chance.

I made some barbecue chicken sandwiches, which were made with my first ever batch of barbecue sauce.

Ham and cheddar cheese sandwich with corn chips, celery stick with peanut butter and some Dutch pudding. Dinner will be nothing or a salad.

Made French onion soup today, first time I've made it since I quit working at a restaurant a couple years ago. It turned out really well, and I have leftovers for probably 2 more days.

Ever have Sour Cream & Bacon chips?

When I was little, I was tasked with buying the group of friends a bag of Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles. I was able to read, but I didn't fully analyze the print on the bag. I only noticed what looked similar to "SOUR CREAM", and immediately dismissed it as being the flavour I wanted. I bring it home, and we have some awkward bitter taste in our mouths. Everyone hated it, but I remember being okay with it.

So two days ago, I had a huge craving for chips, took up Walmart's everyday Buy 3 for $8 offer and grabbed a bag of Sour Cream & Bacon just to refresh my memory on what it tasted like.

Yeah. No more next time. Can't imagine bacon fans liking this either. You may as well have BBQ or Smoked Hickory Sticks.
