I make a coffee in my thermos cup each morning which I drink on the way to work, and I add approximately 12 grains of sugar, but plenty of milk.
I agree a properly made barista coffee doesn’t need sugar, but I still need the milk!
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I drink almost a litre of milk every night...

A lot of people look past it, but milk actually has quite a bit of sugar.
For 1 cup (240ml - I'm Canadian ;)) of 2% milk, it has 12g of sugar!

On the other hand, I salute you for not dropping heaps of sugar into your coffee

I can drink a gallon every two days. Love milk. Problem is that its heavy on me... love milk in my coffee as well. I can do without, but prefer it with.

Just had some Chobani yogurt. Good stuff. Got eight of them for a snack at work halfway through my shift. Obviously had to try one ahead of time though... :P

Strawberry, and strawberry banana flavors.

Usually I just get a big tub of either Strawberry or Peach Chobani yogurt instead of getting lots of smaller containers (although I do end up getting the smaller ones because of the other flavors).

I've also recently been getting Yoplait's Oui French style yogurt, primarily vanilla. It has an interesting texture. I shy away from the fruit flavored ones because it's difficult to stir up in those itty-bitty glass containers. Cute but kind of annoying.
