Done.

I did that with the frappamochachio (some kind of coffee) thingy they brought with the muffin. Gave it to a coworker.

I haven’t had any excess sugar for 10 days, eating the muffin was a treat to myself. The diet isn’t strict, it’s just a cut in sugar to reduce alcohol cravings.

Only mad people give muffins away.
 
A couple handfuls of these. (Nowhere near as good as original cheese twisties but a lot better than expected).

Washed down by some lovely caramel flavored milk.

Salmon fillets poached in olive oil, halved grape tomatoes in a basil-thyme vinaigrette and a crusty bread with dipping oil.

Kir cocktails (one part blackberry liqueur to five parts white wine (Chablis in this instance)) before and more of the wine, naked, with the meal.

There's a couple of happy tongues and tums here.
 
Got talked into going to Burger King for lunch.

So I had a salad for supper. :lol:
 
Garlic brat on a Sweet Hawaiian bun with Colby Jack, jalepeno kettle chips, hot chili pepper and lime Churritos sticks, maple cured bacon Bush's Baked Beans and an Asian salad.

I wanted to grill the brats but despite spending all day on the Fourth and today working on it, the patio isn't quite done yet so they got cast ironed instead.
 
I made a vegetable/fruit smoothie yesterday which I'm going to have for breakfast.

I experimented making a sauce and it was not bad. Not perfect but not bad at all.

  1. Water
  2. Vegetable Broth
  3. lemon juice
  4. Farm butter
  5. Whole wheat flour
