Langoustine pasta coated in a sauce made of olive oil, butter, sliced garlic, shallots and Parmigiano Reggiano, with a bit of black pepper and a some thinly sliced Serrano pepper to give it a little bit of a kick, all topped with fresh chopped parsley and a very generous helping of more Parmigiano. Garlic broccoli on the side and a glass of California Zinfandel to round out the meal.

Last night I made some delicious meatloaf. My daughter and her cousin are here, so I didn't get to go all wild with it. But a good meatloaf is hard to mess up really.
In a few more hours though, I'll begin prepping and cooking some ribs! Didnt get to brine them over night, which is something I think is a good idea. But a good rub and 4 hours in the oven will take care of that.
For now though. It's coffee, and I might get me a bowl of rolled oats.

Totino's Party Pizza!

I doctor them up a bit though. You have to, they don't come with enough cheese or toppings. Although sometimes I cook them as is, on a sheet pan and fold them over and eat them like a sandwich.

But, here is how I usually eat them. I start with a Totino's supreme pizza. I Add lots of oregano, a little seasoned salt, then top with whole milk mozzarella, that I keep in the freezer. Then I add pepperoni, and on top of that I sprinkle with parmesan. The parmesan fries in the fat from the pepperoni. Sometimes I use anchovies instead of pepperoni.

There is something really tasty about burnt pepperoni, I must admit. Whenever I cook or order a pie, I also have it cooked a bit longer to crisp up the bacon, pepperoni and crust.

I love adding only salt to them. Not sure why, maybe I have the taste buds of 7 year old. :)

I just had a lunch meat ham sandwich on a burger buns rather than sandwich bread. That's been my lunch for the past three days.

Coffee! And its about worked its magic. Might snag a couple of my sons French toast sticks, but I am not much of a morning eater
I could eat before lifting my head off the pillow. I hope one day my kids give me a nice breakfast in bed for father's day or something.

This morning all I've had is a cup of hot chocolate and it wrecked my stomach. Will probably have some leftover grilled burgers from a couple days ago when I get off work for lunch.

My first decent meal today >> Pizza Margarita. Decent in a meal that will fill my stomach, not in the most healthy food.

You guys always post great pictures and I always eat my food before remembering to take a picture. Anyways, I was at my mom's house a couple weeks ago for her birthday and I was so stuffed when I got to the cake that I ate it slow enough and remembered to take a picture.

Some chocolate Hershey something blah blah cake.

Gimmy, gimme NOW!

It was really good, even after my sister tried to prank me by putting salt on when I walked the dogs. I brushed it off (as in eating it without reaction) and she was livid that her prank was hardly effective .

Oh, oh man, first off, how dare she try to ruin chocolate cake! Sacrilege!
Second, your better off not using salt, maybe something like mustard powder or oregano. Salt and sweets go to good together to be effectively used in a prank.
