The last airplane food I had was a questionable ham sandwich with no mayo.

I get weekly at school and it never disappoints. We have many version of the chicken; some grilled with bread crumbs, some boiled, some stewed, some with a glaze. It’s always good probably because of the rice.I made and inhaled some Khao Mun Gai (Hainanese chicken rice?), with enough for some leftovers, bro.
It's uh... chicken cooked in broth, served with rice steamed in broth, a side of broth soup, sliced cucumbers on the side, and a dish of some tasty mildly spicy sweet viscous ginger soy sauce.
Kinda like this pic I lifted off the internet, but mine's not as pretty:
Oh! The crispy breaded chicken with the sweet chili sauce? That's pretty good, too! I haven't had it in a very long time, and never learned to make it. 🤤I get weekly at school and it never disappoints. I’m gonna head up the road and grab one of these right now.Leftover Khao Mun Gai, bro!
I stopped by Uwajimaya to get something for dinner. As soon as I walked in the door there was a display for Lays chips for what I assume is the Chinese market. Once I saw the flavors, I had to buy one of each.
