For dinner I'm having white rice, blackeyed peas, zucchini and some mashed potatoes. And for a small dessert I'm having some Christmas cookies. I gotta watch the amount of sugar I eat everyday, don't want to get diabetes.

Breakfast for lunch! Scrambled egg and bacon croissant sandwich with a banana and pint of moo juice.

Had sushi, nigiri and a poke bowl for supper with my wife so she wouldn't have to eat alone.

Then had a ribeye, baked potato and a pina colada with my son so he wouldn't have to eat alone.

I just got done eating some chocolate chip cookies for a late midnight sweet snack. It was so good, ate 30 of them.

Not feeling very gourmet, so I made up some quick prik nam pla to go with some carry-out Lao sausage with sticky rice. Its salty spicy goes well in alternating bites with the included chili paste's smokey spicy.

Saved another one for later.

For dinner later on, I'm gonna eat some blackeyed peas, pinto beans, corn, dinner rolls and some chicken breast. We got our groceries at Food Lion.

Behold! A thin crust pizza. I used a bunch of leftovers. Chicken, baby kale, applewood bacon, basil and mozzarella. The crust had a 5 day cold rise, so it developed this really strong, nutty flavor.

I'm fixing to eat some roast beef, meatloaf and chicken tenders for dinner tonight, with two sides. I chose fries and corn on the cob.

We went to a Teppanyaki restaurant for supper tonight at the resort. I am absurdly stuffed. He was literally throwing food at us so I had to eat it.

Ended up eating vegetable fried rice, salmon, rice noodles and chicken, beef stir fry and shrimp then had fried ice cream for dessert.

My sister and I whipped this together. Carrots, Broccoli and Chicken cooked in Teriyaki sauce and served ontop a bed of Rice.

Look at the price. Two and a half years ago…

Thawed enough to Foreman grill the cap. Montreal steak seasonings. Amazon honey bbq sauce with ghost pepper sauce for dips.

I had to Google chicken tenders. Now I know what they are. I’ve known them as something else.
