King prawn jollof rice. As some of you may know, jollof is kind of like Ghanaian biryani. Looks boring, tastes exciting.

Eating some garlic bread, steamed brown rice, carrots, cauliflower and some plain mashed potatoes for dinner tonight. Sometimes we'll sprinkle salt on the rice and potatoes to give it a little flavor. Especially after they've been sitting out for a few hours.

Enjoying one of these for lunch. Just got through cooking it (Black one in case you were wondering)
Having had both, really enjoy them. Despite the noodles being of slightly different textures (And geometrically arranged with the ones in the red bag being circular while the one in the black bag was square) as well as two different sauces of the dry and wet variety, the spice levels were about equal and the flavors were really good.

Something that immediately sticks out to me is how differently both leave their spicy impressions with the black one leaving a burn on the lips while the red one tends to linger on the tongue.

If you are not keen on spicy stuff or are just starting out, maybe don't touch these. If you love feeling the burn or want to turn up the heat abit, give these a go 👍
