I agree with Geezer Butler
He put out a solo album in '95 called 'Plastic Planet' which was pretty heavy.
I have it on CD and my favorite tracks from it are 'Catatonic Eclipse', 'Giving Up The Ghost',
'Seance Fiction' and 'Cycle of Sixty'.
What about Les Claypool?
I haven't heard much of his stuff. :embarrassed:

Let's start off with an acoustic punk song about how banks suck.

(that last video may be the best music video I've seen all year, mainly because the best MC of all time makes an appearance at 3:42)

Been playing Sleeping Dogs on PS4 (almost completed the story), so here's my favourite radio stations

Sagittarius FM

I never listened to this station on PS3, as I thought it was just classical music, but saw that Queen was playing on it while scrolling through to my usual favourite, and decided to listen to it properly once I saw Eminence Front was playing. Now it's the one I listen to most, even more than Kerrang! Radio

Favourite Tracks:
Deep Purple - Fireball
Duran Duran - Girls On Film (Night Version)
The Jam - In The City
Pilot - Magic
Queen - Dragon Attack
Thin Lizzy - Bad Reputation
The Who - Eminence Front

Kerrang! Radio

My usual favourite, just great tracks for chases and driving around.

Favourite Tracks:
Animal Kingdom - Get Away With It
Brakes - Hey Hey
Kasabian - Re-Wired
Miles Kane - Kaka Boom
Strange Talk - Climbing Walls

H-KLUB

Has some great tracks, but I don't listen to it as often as Sagittarius or Kerrang.

Favourite Tracks:
Destroy
Let Go
Viviene Lu - Fly
Viviene Lu - Yellow Fever
Undercover

All the rest have very few songs I would listen to.

C For Calculus - Rolo Tomassi
Rolo Tomassi EP

Quite possibly the most random stuff ever. No constant tempo, metal fused with synth with a female singer who can growl like there's no tomorrow.

But it works!

My favourite band of all time have come a long way since 2008...

Five Finger Death Punch just released the video for "I Apologize" the other day. Just looking at the names on the graves give me so many feels. :(

This guy is one of the coolest guys you will ever see, I can share more but for now...

oh hell yeah, the guy was monster good.

I think someone might need to understand how much listening to this is cool :D

hmmm

oops

It occurs to me @tarnheld that you might like this tune. I dig the older stuff because I am older than some but whatever, this seems to fit the bill 👍
Good stuff, reminded me of an album i played a lot in my youth, Soundgarden's Superunknown. Not much songs from that available on Youtube, here is a live version:

Time has a way of taking time.
Loneliness is not only felt by fools.

It's a long way to nowhere.

Any time will do, I don't mind.

Death is so final, for only the living.
The spirit will always remain.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
Who knows what's around every corner.

I dig the older stuff.
There's also The Prog Thread, if you're into that at all.
And The Metal Thread.
