I like the first album where this guy sings as he usually does not, blue moon? whatever it is 👍

This song has always got me fired up, it's based on 4 bar but damn the last lead brake is a killa.

Not that I mind playin with that sort of fire 👍

I commented on this video over a year ago because it gave me a good
laugh and the uploader replied earlier today. I had completely forgotten about it.

I've been absolutely hooked on this one lately. I only came across it because it featured Chino Moreno (from my favorite band) but this song really captured me in a way I wasn't expecting. You'll hate it if you don't like metal, but if you stay long enough to understand the backstory you might end up enjoying it. It's actually a really sad song and Chino's part towards the end is haunting, beautiful, and perfect for the song's mood. If anything, just check the lyrics so you "get" it.

When American TV turned into reruns for Christmas, I started watching "Skins" from the UK. This song is from a season 2 episode.
I wish I had shazam on my phone. It took 5 tries to get it with google.

Run The Jewels 3 - WAV Files as they released the digital version early before the Vinyl. It's a serious banger. These guys know how to put out consistently great hip hop.

I've got to rearrange my life
I've got to rearrange my world

Visualize your dream
Record it in the present tense
Put it into a permanent form
If you persist in your efforts
You can achieve dream control

So I found that life is just a game
But you know there's never been a winner
Try your hardest, you'll still be a loser
The world will still be turning when you're gone

And if I close my mind in fear
Please pry it open
And if my face becomes sincere
Beware
And when I start to come undone
Stitch me together
And when you see me strut
Remind me of what left this outlaw torn

Though I know we must be parted
As sure as stars are in the sky
I'm gonna see you when it comes to glory
And I'll see you, I'll see you on the other side
Yes I'll see you, I'll see you on the other side

Here's two classics for you. First is the best version of Seven Bridges Road, by Ian Mathews. The Eagles blatantly ripped this one off, I like this version way better:

The second is Whiskey in the Jar, by Thin Lizzy. Metallica covered this, Thin Lizzy was a big inspiration on Hetfield and Co, along with a lot of other bands.
