Simple question: YOUR sleeping & eating habits. You may also share plans to modify your habits.

My sleeping habits is not too shabby. I usually go to bed at 11:30 PM on weekdays for school and 12-2 AM on weekends. When it is the weekends I always wake up at 9 AM (no alarm clock). When it is the weekdays I always wake up at 7:30 AM (no alarm clock). I don't take naps during the day. But sometimes I do if I'm really tired.

My eating habits is accustomed to Chinese & Vietnamese cuisine. But most of the time I eat the usual stuff. Like now I have Orange Chicken out in the kitchen. I also eat fast food, but I'm trying to hold back the cravings for it and target a more healthier & more distinct lifestyle.

Sorry if there's a thread similar to this.

Crap and crap, basically.

Get up early, go to bed late. Eat quite a bit of junk food. It's a bad habit, and I'm trying to get out of it...

I eat whatever tastes good and I can get my hands on usually, if I'm hungry. I get up early and go to bed extremely late.

I eat moderatly healthily not super healthy but not a junk food adict either.

Sleep I go to bed whenever and wake up whenever on weekends and weekdays I go to bed at 11pm to get up for 7pm except wednesdays which I have off college so I treat it like the weekend.

I really don't get enough sleep because I usually go to bed at about 1am and then set my alarm for 6.50am in the morning. I am not a morning person either so I tend to be quite grumpy when waking up early. That's on school nights. This half term, the latest I went to bed was 4am waking up at 1pm. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed; if I don't have something to wake me up, I will sleep into the afternoon. I even slept through my dad doing the hoovering at 10am. (I am a really deep sleeper)

As for eating I don't usually have proper meals, I snack on really unhealthy stuff throughout the day like crisps, chocolate bars and general crap. Despite this I'm still about 1/2 a stone underweight. Could be because I cycle to and from school each day and play football at weekends.

I eat when I'm hungry and I sleep when I'm tired. Spring semester starts in 3 days so I have to get back to a normal sleeping schedule.

First, I'll discuss sleeping habits.

On a school night. I tend to try to going to sleep at 11 PM or 12 AM. And I wake at 6.50 AM. On a weekend, I go to sleep anywhere between 11 PM and 3 AM. But more recently I've been going to bed at about 12.30 or 1.

Eating... On a school day, I have breakfast (Wheat Bix). Go to school, and throughout the day I eat two sandwhiches... A small bag of chippies, the packet is about hand sized. A muesli bar or something along the lines of it. And an Apple or another fruit. Then I get home at 4 PM and have 3 or 4 biscuits and maybe a yoghurt. Then dinner. That's a lot isn't it? :nervous:

On a weekend, I have the same generally, but no bag of chippies and a few more biscuits.

Weekday: Wake up at 6:30
Nap till the 7:20 alarm on the other side of the room makes me get up. Get ready for school. Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast.
Out the door at 8:10, the bus picks up at 8:12 :sly:

In bed with light off at 11-12.

Weekend: get up when I feel like it, usually at about 10-11.
Go to bed at 3-5am.

Unless I'm racing in which case I go to bed at 9 and get up at 5.

Weekdays: I have a 9 am alarm, but most of the time I put it on snooze and get up between 10 and 11. Usually some kind of cereal with milk and a glass of orange or apple juice. Lunch is usually between 1 pm and 2 pm and consists of bread and soup. Sometimes I'll have an afternoon snack if I'm bored. Dinner is usually between 7 and 8 and is what Mum decides to fix up. Usually go to bed between 12 am and 1 am, probably drift off some time past 2. No alarm on weekends but usually up around the same time. Meals are the same though I'm at Dad's on weekends so for breakfast I sneak into the cupboards and grab some chocolate bars. Cooked meal in the evening on Saturdays and at midday on Sundays, with snack type stuff in the evening in time for Top Gear.

Usually I go to bed anywhere from 12-2 am every day. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I get up at 6:30 am, on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15 am, and on weekends it's whenever I wake up, which usually is about 10 am. So I usually get about 5-6 hours of sleep a night during the weekdays. Such is the life of a college student.

As for eating habits, I eat whatever's good from the dorm restaurants, which involves mostly mildly to moderately unhealthy foods. That said, I try to grab a salad whenever I can and it's being served. I get three meals every day, except when I get up late enough on the weekends that a meal before lunch isn't necessary.

Sleeping, schooldays is anything around 9-9.30 PM, waking up at 6.30AM. Non-schooldays, whenever I feel tired, so usually at around 10PM and waking up at 8AM.

I don't eat well at all. I did cut out Soda completely though so i am tryingm but i like steak and unhealthy food every day ugh. When it comes to sleeping, i usually go to bed before 11. (between 830-11) and since i work super early i am up at either 3:15 or 6:15 unless i DON'T work in which case i sleep in until 9-10 i need a routine bed at 8, up at 3 or 5 or something

Sleeping pattern:
Weekdays: Usually go to bed at around 1-2AM and awake at half 7 for school.
Weekends: Go to bed around the same time but I may not get to sleep till 5-6AM

Eating Pattern:
Weekdays:
Breakfast: N/A
Lunch: 1 Sandwich, a bottle of water and maybe a chocolate bar and a Capri Sun.
Dinner: Whatever is cooked for me when I get home. Normally either a Stir Fry or Chicken Kiev's with skinny chips.
Weekends:
Breakfast: N/A
Lunch: N/A
Dinner: Saturday; normally fast food. Sunday; Roast Pork with roast potato and veg.

I mostly just snack during the weekend's. Not a healthy diet by any means but I'm a 6ft2" well built person who weighs about 16st 6oz with a little bit of flab around the gut and a 36" waist.

If I was to take a BMI test it would probably say I'm obese but I know by looking in mirror that I'm evidently not.

Sleeping pattern:
Weekdays: Usually go to bed at around 1-2AM and awake at half 7 for school.
Weekends: Go to bed around the same time but I may not get to sleep till 5-6AM

What do you do in those 3-4 hours in the bed... Oh, nevermind that. :yuck:

I sleep at about 3am(insomnia and anxiety:scared:). I get up at about 8am for college.
If I do not have class the next day, I wake up at around 10 to 12. I still sleep at around 3am though.
Occasionally, after countless nights of staying up late, I feel so tired that I crash at around 9 to 11.

I eat whenever I feel hungry, but that does not mean I eat a lot. I guess that's why I am anorexic looking, but no matter what or how much crap I shove in my mouth, I still don't gain any significant weight. :grumpy:

Currently sleeping from 1-2am till 7:30 - 8am. Eating isn't always the same...if duty calls, y'know the drill. Most often around 3pm and 9pm.

I fall asleep rather quietly, but it's like a battleground when i'm asleep. when I wake up my pillow is on the floor, the blanket is somewhere else, there's something knocked over and a pillow by that, etc.

my eating habits aren't really unusual. I am like a garbage disposal. I eat anything you give me. except when i'm sick. I refuse to eat anything.

I really dislike how I'm choosing to sleep around 12-2am and waking up 8-9am these days. I'll blame it on school anyway.

my sleeping pattern consists of:

6:30am wake up, 12pm I go to bed and try to sleep.

eating pattern is as follows:

10am I eat breakfast, 12am I eat my lunch, 3pm I may sneak a quick snack in, 5-6pm dinner, 8pm I have tea, maybe more if I watch a film.

Wake at 6:00am every weekday and go bed between 10:30 and 12:00pm. If I'm lucky I might get a lie-in to 7:30-8:00am at the weekends. Bed about the same time. If I get between 6 and 8 hours I'm usually fine.

I don't drink during the week now and eat a very healthy low carb diet. Me and the missus are real food snobs and cook from scratch or eat out at good restaurants. When my daughter's old enough to have boyfriends they're going to have one hell of a shock where she's used to eating. :sly:

Got hammered last weekend, but hey, I never said I was perfect. :D

Sleeping:
Up at 0745 to be in the office at 0800 (the luck of working and living on the same block)
Napp from 1200 to 1245
1245 till 1300 eating
1730 till 1900 napping and watching Simpsons on TV
2000 Dinner time
0200-0230 Go to sleep

I really need to change my sleep habits, go to sleep earlier, to not be that tired (that's why I nap a lot)

Eating, compared to most of you, I eat really healthy. No junk food, no alcohol, nearly no snacks or sodas. Mostly biologic food, self cooked meals and water and fruit juices.
I drink a lot of coffee though

Go to bed around 12 am or 1 am, wake up at 6:30 Monday to Friday, 9 am on weekends.

Eat whenever I'm hungry, 7 to 8 times a day.
