What are YOUR sleeping & eating habits?

When I cbf with nothing to do...

Sleep on midnight, wake up 10 am. Sleep later than midnight, wake up right after lunch time. Lunch at the usual noon but if I wake up a little too late, then yeah I eat lunch late too. Dinner at the usual 7-8 pm.

When I got classes...

Sleep on midnight, wake up 6 am, sleep for another 30 minutes and wake up to prepare myself. Used morning recess as my "breakfast" time. Lunch at 12 noon, dinner at the usual 7-8 pm.

I'm a lazy ass.
 
I fall asleep rather quietly, but it's like a battleground when i'm asleep. when I wake up my pillow is on the floor, the blanket is somewhere else, there's something knocked over and a pillow by that, etc.

But actually you're not a somnambulist or a ghost drops in at your bedroom every night after you fall asleep right?

I fell off my bed in my sleep once! And the only other different thing I get in my sleep is I wake up with a bunch of blankets on the floor. Probably something to do with my body getting too hot (get a load of this ladies :sly: :P) and it moves them off.
 
Sleeping: Bad, normally go to bed at 23.30 and get up at 07.00, far too late for a CFS sufferer.

Diet: Equally as bad, barely eat anything healthy or anything at all for that matter. No wonder I'm only 7.5 stone.

Sleep:

Weekdays I usually hit the sack at midnight, maybe 1am if there's something on I want to watch and get up at 7:30am. Weekends I usually stay up too late, around 2am and sleep in until around 9-10am.

Eating:

Not the best unfortunately. I've picked up soda again, probably as a replacement for the alcohol I can no longer drink. (good I guess) Been eating out too much lately, I need to slow down on that. Waiting for the weather to warm up some at night so I can start running, as long as my knee doesn't start freaking out like it has the last couple times I went hiking.

I'm 5'6" and just weighed at the doctor last week around 133lbs.
 
On weekdays I should go to bed at 11pm... but I've started getting the habit of going at 12am or maybe even 1am. I'm woken up at 7:30am... but I don't crawl out of bed until about 7:40am. On weekends I get up whenever I get up... usually 1pm. I go to bed at about 2am or 3am on a weekend.

Eating... I eat a lot. On weekends I usually miss breakfast, then snack out all day, then on a Saturday night I usually get a takeaway lol. I'm lazy as hell and I eat even when I'm not hungry... when I'm bored I eat. But some how I'm still slim. I don't get it.
 
Go to bed at 10.30pm, wake up 5.30am for a paperound. Most of my mates say that they wouldn't be able to do it, however after 3 years I couldn't give a damn anymore, as long as it isn't freezing cold then I'm not that bothered.
 
My sleeping habits have been pretty atrocious - generally no more than 6.5-7 hours of sleep but I'm pretty good about eating well. Always get a nice breakfast and I only over-eat on weekends.
