I'm afraid it isn't an opinion. It's is a well known fact, that the Jaguar E-Type Coupe is one of the best looking cars ever made.

Now obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I respect gamerdogs opinion, but with respect he is wrong.

The E-Tpye epitomises everything that is form and function. It's design is simplistic yet stunning, and it was also very reliable, also very underpriced, it made mincemeat of pretty much everything else, I don't know of another single car that has the same wow factor. I could see a Muria drive past, with JK driving, and I would still be looking at the E-Type with Joe Bloggs at the wheel.

If Enzo Ferrari says that it was one of THE most beautiful cars he had ever seen, then Malcom Sayer must have done something right.

And to go back onto topic, I think, as many have stated, it'll probably be the new NSX.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if they put a Ferrari on the cover, probably help their cause in getting more cars out of their license.

Not only is it a gorgeous car, it's a true Grand Tourer in every sense of the word. Owners of these cars could drive it across Europe to one of the great racing circuits of the time, have fun on the way, race it, and then, drive it back home again. Indeed, many grand tourers of the time could do this. So why this car? Well, it's Italian (fitting for "Gran Turismo") It's a Ferrari. It has a V12 at the front powering the rear wheels. It's pure class, and just look at it.

Most importantly, if I see this car on the cover of the game, I know for sure the car is in the game (yeah, yeah, I know GT2 had the fudging McLaren F1 dashboard on the cover, but they'd be idiots to make that mistake again ), and I will buy it even if the reviewers say that GT6 is complete and utter crap. (Well, maybe, we'll see )


It will probably be a close-up shot of a Nissan GT-R though.

I don't think that will be on a cover. PD wants to attract new customers, not just the ones who are already playing. It will be some sort of new super car, which will bring people who aren't "hardcore" racing fans
