I don't know why people keep suggesting cars that we've already seen. It defies all logic to hide a known car under a tarp.

Also it's no good wondering if it's a car that we only have artist/fan renders of, such as those RX-9s.

I want something like this :D

Exactly.

"So today we're finally revealing the cover car for GT6, the car under that blue tarp. Drum roll please, it's the Toyota 86!"

*crickets*

LOL! And it will be laughable as well. Really of all cars, the Toyota 86 as the cover car? No way! XD Plus it'll make GT6's cover less appealing too.

Easy, The 2014 Corvette.

Guess people never read through the thread before posting so that there option has already been disproved thrice times over. Same with GT-86, nsx, and N4S has the F12 on there cover so that car is tapped out now.

Also check ADTRs post on page 40 for clarification on that........ New Z4 maybe, my votes still for 2014 Vanquish, beautiful car!

Going back to the Supra Idea (and render) this is the LF LA concept (bit of a baby LFA) but rumoured to be a hybrid........

599 GTO, has this been suggested yet because the likeness to the silhouette is staggering.

At the back, you can see the rear light if I'm not mistaken.

The more I look at it the more it really does look like that 599. The mirror distance from the front wheel to the rear wheel is the same between the car and the covered car. :dopey:

It's so unlikely to be a 599, but the resemblance really is uncanny isn't it :dopey:

My guess now is different parts of different "new to GT6" cars to make a whole.
It would make sense, more cover stars and shows more of them, makes life easier than picking 1 from 1200 too!
Whaddyathink?

Do people even take a look at, say, 10 latest posts before they post what they guess is under that cover...?

Just read the Kazunori Yamauchi at E3 interview and I think the car under the blur cover is the Icona Vulcano

It cannot be that car because of the roof line... Look at it, the car as a pointy bit on the roof line which the Icona Vulcano does not, also the way the spoiler follows the back line is different on both cars (Vulcano and the misterious one).

Actually, am I the only one who can see an Acura NSX headlight at the front? If we're talking about seeing the shape of the lights through the tarp.

Contrary to belief, the front is actually flat, the cover is blowing to cause that acute point........ But you can clearly see the vertical angle zoomed in as well as the head light position. The rear wheel arch position and spoiler style. Wheel position isn't obvious but guestimations can be made. Roof line/ bonnet line and mirror position are key point to pick too.

The bonnet starts flat then has a big dip were the headlight is right at the front ending in a flat grill, the rear is a flat arch with a curved tip. Roof line is very flowing ending in a lip spoiler for that little downforce. Body panel design is hidden but mirror location is obviously front corner of door inline with window line. Cockpit position indicates a FR layout with a 2 seater cabin.

Out of all the options said, not sure any fit the bill.........
Even the new "Z", roof line is to flowing, 240/370 both had an angular windscreen.

Not the new 240z? Got the styling of the old 370z but got that iconic front end of the 240z. Nissan are rumoured to be building a replacement, they have even hinted at it themselves... New car, new game advertising to the people who'll be buying it?

THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is what you should consider BEFORE posting your suggestion here.

(if we're talking about the car under the cover, that is)

"Hat tip to you sir! Allow me to order a beer for you!"
