While I would gladly bribe PD to put a Pontiac Sunbird on the cover, just to see this site's reaction, I think possibly the best idea would be to follow Forza Horizon's lead and use a new SRT Viper GTS. In blue with white stripes, this time.

The F12 Berlinetta or Pagani Zonda Cinque could work as well, assuming the latter will be in the game at all. Of the photoshops posted, the Corvette C7 seems like it fits the cover best, and TBH it would be fine as well.
