AC 427S/C - In Black with Gold Stripes.

Pit crew come in Royal Blue and Sky Blue romper suits. The car is heavier than the Shelby "Race" version (2885lbs) but feels a bit more unstable in corners - but doesn't rub up against the rev limiter in top gear (Probably as I was not hooked up through corners so didn't get the full potential. It is however 2 seconds a lap slower at Willow Springs than the Shelby lightweight. (If you try for a re-spray you do get a shadow of the old stripes on the base of your new paint chip... subtle - So If you want to have a plain re-spray don't buy the car with stripes on it in the first place.

Also bought a New LCC Rocket for the Seasonal at Suzuka. Gears are too short. (PD what are you thinking!) - Re painted the car in Nero Nemesis and my Rocket sprouted scissor doors! And the Stereo had Matt Munro on it. Ah, On days like these...
I just went to the co-op to pick up some organic leeks (for leek soup) and there was a black and grey chicken wandering along the side of my street on the return trip.

Didn't the chicken cross the road?

Maybe it knew the Modification to plain old Leek Soup. (Cock-a-leekie)

Ford GT40 Race Car '69.

Not worth it, I'm afraid. Compared to mkI '66, it got healthier f/r distribution and power band, also fatter tires. All these contribute to a better handling balance, if somewhat 'numb', relatively.

Its sound is not nice as there're too many other noises other than exhaust and transmission. It sounds like it's clearing its throat all the way.

And, fully tuned, the potential is lower than the mkI '66.

Not a good buy for performance or driving pleasure by 20M. I can only persuade myself it's a collection for historic reason. Duh.

Fiat 500 1.2 '08
Pagani Zonda C12S, wich i tuned to 733bhp, so now its my Zonda 730 version :D and on top of that its awsome on the Nurburgring
Now need to save for the Huayra. I'm kinda of a Ferrari guy, but these Paganis make me wee on my panths

Bought a Jag XKS-11 for the Ebony paint chip, which turned out to be a waste, because the cadillac black was better.

Since everyone's going on about the Renault R8 Gordini I decided to pick one up. I have to agree that it's a wonderful little car. TONS of trail braking on that one which make it feel a lot more agile and willing to turn in. Now I'm gonna see what I can change on it and what can be done with it.

EDIT: Looks like you cannot change the paint, wheels, or add any parts to it. You can however alter virtually all the mechanical aspects though. So it can be tuned just not have its appearance changed. I can understand wanting to retain a livery but that certainly makes a Gordini race boring to watch and confusing for anyone watching who doesn't play and probably for some that do.

This is more like what I've sold today. Remember my Nissan GT3 Base Model car? Well... I sold it. After a so-so run in the 550PP World Touring Car Championship (despite winning the title), and despite flipping it, I had a depressing run in my GT-R in the GT-R (R35) One-Make Race at a track I HATE racing- the Nürburgring Nordschleife. I sold it and now am trying to raise money to get the R35 Touring Car.

As for cars I actually BOUGHT, I picked up the ASL Garaiya Base Model in preparation for when I take on the Super GT GT300 series. Rather than Autobacs orange, I painted it in Europablau (from the Opel Speedster Turbo). Even though I could paint the wheels, the wheels didn't change color in the preview. Which is... strange. So I just left them in their stock color.

I still want to get the BMW Z4 GT for the Group GT3 Championship. I'll be raising money to finally get that car.

If you`re struggling to save up money for the Z4 GT3 (Or any car in general) Try the Redbull X2014 championship. You can earn over 1 million credits just by winning it once.

I bought some new gear for my Skyrim character, then painted my Ferrari Enzo a lovely shade of Nighthawk Black ....it looks really awesome in the light and even better in the evening light......

Now I'm broke. :(

Didn't you see my post in #515? Fully tuned, it's slower than GT40 MkI '66, and the sound isn't good on my ears, either. Not a good deal at 20M.

Got a Renault R8 Gordini last night, a very nice drive indeed. Thank you guys for bringing it up, or I'll probably never find it.

On the test drive of R8, it reminded me of VW Karmann Ghia Coupe (Type-1) '68

It's very low power in stock form. And I'm surprised by an uphill I've never known in Brands Hatch.

But after fully tuned, it can get some pace and much more satisfying. RR rocks!

And then I picked up another RR, DeLorean S2 '04 Hmmm, somewhat disappointed. It's not as characterful and nice sounding as I remember in GT4.

Honda Fit RS '10 :banghead:

PS3 Black screen of death that could only be recovered with a full PS3 restore..

Forced to start over :irked:.. Forced to go through the walkthrough again :ouch: Locked out of online
Lost all progress and of course lost all my cars. :(

Why oh why didn't I back up :dunce: I mean the USB is right there :banghead:

🤬 🤬 🤬 :grumpy:

Back up your saves people :gtpflag:

I welcomed two new machines to my GT6 garage.

First off, I FINALLY got the sexy BMW Z4 GT3. This car is a beauty, but she ain't no high maintenance drama queen. I figured the BMW Z4 GT3 would be a powerful and nimble car to use for when I take on the Group GT3 Series. I was right. The car is very stable with a great deal of control. I did three laps around Daytona Road Course for a test. My best lap was 1:49 flat. Only concern about this car is in the back end willing to snap on you under braking into a spin. If you don't gather up the back end quickly, you're going for a ride you're not going to enjoy. What helped in me getting this car was in selling my Lamborghini Aventador after I had cleared the One Make Race for that car.

The other car is the GT-R R35 Touring Car. Or should I say... the car I probably should have gotten long ago before attempting the GT-R (R35) One Make Race with. One thing I noticed right away comparing this car to the GT3-spec NISMO was power- 654 hp with the touring car compared to the 542 horsepower of the GT3-spec car. So besides my dislike of racing any course utilizing the Nürburgring Nordschleife, I was at a power disadvantage. This should even things up now that I have what the opposition has. Funny enough, you could paint over this car. The different gray-to-purple color gradients and such make it a bit unusual to find a color you'll want to color it over. At least you'll be able to tell your car from everybody else. My GT-R R35 Touring Car is in Gran Turismo Blau (from the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG) with Yellow Mica Metallic (from the 1999 Toyota Yaris F (J)) wheels.

[UPDATE] I won the 600PP World Touring Car Championship and had enough left over to get the Honda HSV-010 GT Base Model. I painted it over in Cayenne Red Metallic (from the 1997 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Coupe) and Yellow Mica Metallic wheels.

Next thing I'll be saving up for is the Bentley Speed 8 for the GT World Championship. The fastest car I have is the Toyota 7 Race Car, but I don't think that's going to be enough for the GTWC. I am actually a bit torn between getting the Speed 8, the Peugeot 908 HDi (which I used in the GT5 GT World Championship), and the Audi R18 TDI. The Bentley Speed 8 seems to stand out to me the most, though I REALLY want to add either or both the R18 TDI and the Peugeot 908 HDi.

I never normally bother updating people with my purchases... but I had to mention the Pug 106.

After an afternoon of being thrashed by a pair of them around the Nordschleife I thought I'd pick one up and give it a go. WooHOO! It's as mad as a goat :D

I used the Bentley for the GTWC, great racer! ;)

Some Botanical Green paint for my Lancer 99 SCP TM GSR (Usually red)
And some Orange alloys.

I toyed with painting it in Mint metallic from the Toyota FT-1 to get it to blend with the off white grey stripes... but then the Mitsubishi Mon on the rear bolt on wing looks - off. (Doesn't look too smart on my Dark Green car either!!)

Suzuki GSX-R/4, just like my memories from GT4/5, what a wonderful big-car-killer! And being lighter, I feel it's sharper than Elise. It's much more tail happy than it was in previous GT though, so it needs some help from suspension and LSD adjustments.

Fully tuned, overall better pace than GT race cars and much faster lap time than those 'super' cars. Wins 15-lap Brands Hatch and 10-lap Ascari hands down.

Caterham Seven Fireblade '02, another small and very capable car. This FR is not as agile as those little MRs, but still utterly capable. Like GSX-R/4, this is also equipped with an engine from motorbike, and also has very long 1/2 gears. It's more cumbersome here. A fully adjustable gearbox helps a lot in the low speed range.

Light cars rock! :D

The only let down is their tiny thinly sound. Even though they're high revving motor bike engines, there should be more 'manhood' than those R/C toys, I suppose.

Had 30 minutes to kill. Bought a Lotus Carlton. Nice nice paint chip. (Imperial Green - Queen Victoria would have approved.)
Car is not worth the 472pp - drinks a bit too much and the weight kills the front tyres. Engine felt a bit lazy too. Still nice Paint chip (Any colour you like so long as its Imperial Green)

McLaren Mp4/12C to make a GT3 Replica(493hp, 1250kg, race transmission used only 6 gears). Raced it on the Mountain 600pp GT Championship race and GT3 Championship. Goes really well. Just doesnt have the front end aero. Sounds good and handles well. I hope we get the real thing. Next I'll buy a 458 and tune it to GT3 specs.
