What did you do in GT7 today?

I now have 400 cars collected, 474 in my garage, and over 600,000 collector points. I did one round of Spa and a number of rounds at Sardegna. I got a 6-star (parts) ticket that gave me a Bore Up S for the VW Scirocco R. I tried an EV at Sardegna. Didn’t go well, ran out of battery at the end of the second lap.
I'm halfway behind you, I have about 220 cars so far. I hate it when some roulette tickets only offer 5-10k after driving endless miles on the road. I sold about 25 of my cars the past week so I can gain extra money.

Finally gold on Sardegna Windmills Circuit Experience. 1 Million credit thanks :-)

Ohh almost forgot also bought the Mark IV race Car 67 from Legendary dealer. Now only need the other two for the trophy.
Nice job, what was your time. I'm having trouble with this, can barely get to silver. Do you have a replay I could see?

Did the Sardegna pp800 for the big money (I need some cash!) - haven't done it for some time. Came SECOND 😱
Wut????
There's a new sheriff in town, the GR Supra - it was always the Viper before. Has the Merc CLK been nerfed or have they made these races harder..... or am I just getting worse??? I don't think I've ever lost this race before....

You know I wonder if they have made the AI more difficult to pass here... I tried it the other night and finished second. I got the CRB though so maybe it's not a big deal to me.

I know I'm a bit rusty with the car and the track, and my lap times may have been a second off or so, but the Supra beat me my about 25 seconds. Couldn't believe it! Thought it may have had to pit on the last couple of laps but no, it just kept plugging away.

My time was 1.16.777 So I barely beat it lol :-)

Mind you I am by no way a fast driver. I just have tons of fun. I am not really sure how to share the replay. After I got the technique I think if I wish I can improve maybe a second or two, but honestly I want to move on to something else.

I my self used some random You tube video's to see how it was done. Mind you these are prior to the physics update 1.31, but still a lot can be learned. Most importantly. try to get a good runout from the corners leading up to the long straights.

depends, sometimes it is Portilla who wins with the Viper, sometimes it is Fraga with the Supra, either way I win easily with the Audi RS5, but never succeeded in lapping the one that finish first, until now...

Took the Escudo to Tokyo and finally got CRB because I was able to not crash into anybody or go wide on the last hairpin. Got 10k from the wheel

After a few days off, I got very rusty. On the GTP account, at Sardegna, I had a few incidents with the Dodge Viper GT3, and I had to use pit strategy and a lapped car to pass Fraga on the final lap. The cashless 4-star Wheel of Despair was completely useless, handing out a nitrous system.

On the Plus account, I had no obvious mistakes with the snowplow named the Mercedes-AMG GT3, having a fast lap of 1:41.9, but again I needed the help of a lapped car to hold off Fraga in 26:51. I could have shaved a couple seconds off by not taking tires on the 2nd stop. Related, I didn't see the fuel issues Beauvois picked up in the last update.

Wouldn't you know it - it was my third 3-star Wheel of Despair in a row, and 38th of 102 this year, on the Plus account. Naturally it gave me the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr. for the second time in a row.

1. Visited some friends in Spa, Sardegna and in Le Mans ;)

2. Silvered and golded some track experiences sectors (96% completed, according to my profile). I confirm, I hate the dirty tracks :grumpy:

3. Bought my 1st Le Mans race car: Ford Mark IV '67 🤩

4. Tried to improve my driving skills on Lake Maggiore but wasn't really motivated

5. The dialy roulette was a joke, no comment

Tonight did a grind at Sardegna and one at Tokyo to be able to buy the last invite Ferrari :D

Improved my best lap at Sardegna, on FM6:

Improved my overall race time at Tokyo :

Next cars to buy, maybe the Nissan R92CP '92 and the Jaguar XJR-9 '88.

But as I am away from monday to saturday, it might not be possible.

Ahhhh, nothing like the weekend.. started the day off (so far) @ TM testing & grinding different cars from the garage..

My Enzo.. Porsche Spider.. LaFerrari..F40.. etc.. building up the bank if you may, for what reason i'm not sure considering I have basically all the cars I could possibly want.. even bought a car I will probably never use, but it just looked too damn cool to not have, & it was only 3M..

The R92CP:

& yes I know I know it's not me (Italia', German & American autos).. but like I said it just looked too damn cool to pass up, and who knows, I MIGHT even race it someday.. LoL..

So, back to the morning shenanigans, gotta wild hair to instead of just posting up your generic U-tube vids of various races and what not that I thought i'd take a crack at actually creating a video, complete with an intro and sound.. so on that note, here's my 1st shot with it.. yeah, I got work to do, but the software editor that i'm using is made by videopad, and they make it pretty ez..I'll be back later fellas, hopefully with some more goodies..

I took some photos of my Ferrari F40 on Bathurst. I then put a racing exhaust, a widebody, a Liberty Walk livery (which I modified) and some new wheels on my Ferrari F8. I took the car to Fuji after that. Then I fully modified my '13 Viper which I then proceeded to take around Spa.

Wanted to do one Tokyo grind + one Sardegna.

Did the Tokyo, but I don't know how, I've lost the CRB so only 550k, it annoyed me so I went to do other more productive things.

DW 3* -> 10k...

That " i don't know how" is that pisses me off and isn't healthy at all for my age .
Sartegna is the only regular race anyway, the other two has rain 🌧️ and Tokyo was ,is and will continue to be the glitch hunters love .

That's exactly why I've stopped race in Tokyo: too risky for get the CRB.
Yes, some races have rain but here in Brittany, we love driving with rain  isn't it @Lomic ;)

1. Visited some friends in Spa, Le Mans and Sardegna 🖐️

2. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Cr. 30.000

3. Bought the Nissan R92CP and the Mazda 787B to complete my Asian Car Collection 🤩

It is practice, it is not risky.
Once you have it by memory, basically there is only 2 laps of risk: the first and the first to lap the AI 😁

Yeah I know this track but I'm not really a big fan of "City tracks" in general.
I prefer The Green Hell, Spa and Le Mans which is easier (to me) even with the rain.

What will you do next week on GT7?
  • I still have some missions to acheive in gold (no real motivation but I should)
    • Moby Dick: 4, 7
    • Gone with the wind: 6, 7, 8
    • The Sun also rise: 1, 6, 8
    • The Human Comedy: 3, 8
  • Collect Cr. 17.500.000 13.000.000 to buy the 20 13 latest Japan cars in Brand Central to complete my Asian Car Collection
  • Finish 3 track experiences at least in bronze (only final laps remaining) to get 100%
