I really just did two laps of the X2019 @ Nurburgring 24h time trial. I didn't break into silver range but I did improve my time by about ten seconds, so now I'm in the top 7k times. Plus I'm quite sure that the bronze prize is doubled for this particular one, so I'm very much content with getting 500k credits. For those two laps, I got a three-star ticket that netted me a mere 5k credits but I really don't care.
Meanwhile, I'm a bit split on how I should make liveries for the cars I've already tuned, or if should even bother at all. After all, they're already gonna look different from a car that's factory-stock by the custom wheels alone, not to mention other potential parts like potentially removing the front license plate. This, by the way, is assuming that both cars were bought in the same factory color, like if a car only has one option such as the original Alpine A110 or the Abarth 595 SS. I certainly would admit that I could be overthinking this - though I will say that my spare Volvo 240 SE Estate that originally was bought in red looks quite stunning with various aero parts installed and re-painted black, plus a livery that gives it a somewhat grass-roots racer look. I'd essentially say the same of my engine-swapped Honda S800 that I re-painted Tahitian Green Pearl; that one's especially a riot to drive, even when de-tuned to about 550 PP and not even 200 HP. Fun stuff!
