Your cruising downtown, in your (your dream car goes here). What music would you be listening to?

(I've probably missed some genres out, so let me know and I'll put them in.)

I think I'd have to let people hear Anthrax & Public Enemy "Bring the noise".

Shelby Cobra 427 -
Dark gray with a pair of dark red stripes -

Listening to classic rock -

With Cindy Crawford in the passenger seat (:

RX-8, not downtown, the roads are crappy downtown. More like the roads around Creve Coeur Lake, where cops don't go. Listening to nothing but the engine and wind from the open windows. Test some high speed cornering and acceleration.(They just paved a long strait way far back where no one drives, and there's a stop sign right at the beginning, so 0-60 and 0-100 runs are possible, and my brother and I did a 0-100 in his old '87 626 :P )

With no one in the car but me, but some freinds show up in Zs and Supras and stuff................

  Woah! What a dream. ;)

I'm a dance-head in the car. Any of the mix albums from the Euphoria series is great with me - the fast beats and flowing melodies really work with my natural psyche to elevate me to a point where I'm at one with the car and the road. It's fantastic.

I guess I'd throw some Slipknot or Pantera in the CD player....Maybe Suffocation, Iron Maiden, Dim Mak, and Primus too....

And if I'm in the mood, some good old jazz...

When I'm in the car with my dad (I'm 16 so i'm not allowed to vrooom vrooom:D) we always have Dire Straits on, the music sucks(nah...j/k. They're alright), it makes your driving style go whoooosh (=bad:) BaaaaaaD!) but we've grown attached to it:)

Is that Rob Zombie? I hate his music. Mindless noise and screaming.

Um........no screaming and noise are the little intros to all the songs, the songs are just great!

If I'm just cruising, maybe some older Pink Floyd, like "Dark Side of the Moon". If I'm out running the back roads then you can't beat "Red Barchetta" by Rush. Now that is the best hard driving song.

The Wall Disc 2 is the way to go with Floyd!

It depends on the speed.

Fast- fast beat songs like techno or trance

Slow (just cruising)- a bit of rap (Busta Rhymes most likely)

Not moving- punk rock

I usually listen to rap, or R & B, but sometimes metal. My favorite song to listen to when I'm driving is Megadeath's Symphony of Destruction!

Me and my "crew" (j/k :) ) usually listen to Slipknot, Fear Factory, Stuck Mojo, Sepultura (old stuff) etc...

I've recently acquired a taste for Meshugga, Candira, El Nino and Insolence, D12 and Cypress Hill.

Rock.

Nirvana, Tool, System of a Down, Nine Inch Nails.

Oh and I can't forget They Might Be Giants. Great band, I suggest checking them out.
