I guess the first thing I'll do is jump in my Mustang and drive home ;)

Once I have the game installed and loaded I'll watch the intro then check out the various areas in the game, tracks, events, dealerships, online sections and then probably jump into whatever car I can get and start A-Spec mode to earn some money for my next car and/or upgrades

Sounds like a good plan. :sly:

These questions are a bit premature when we hardly know anything of the game. The thing I want to do first might not be revealed yet.

Watch the intro, start a new game, explore.

I expect I'll sent a good 10 minutes or more just poking around menus looking at stuff, then probably another 10 minutes or more looking at various cars then probably jump into whatever singleplayer content there is.

Really? We already have quite a lot of info to decide what we want to do. Don't give me that crap :grumpy:, we know some of the new cars, new features and tracks, as well as upgraded physics, tire, and suspension models, which is more than enough information.

I'm not giving you crap, I'm just saying without knowing all of the cars, tracks and features many won't be able to give you an answer yet. For example someone that loves painting the first thing they do might be use a livery editor, if there is one. Or if someones favourite car is in the game they may drive that first but until it's announced they can't say.

I will watch the full intro. Then put my tissues in the bin. Spend 10 minutes setting all the settings. Then have a good look around. Then buy a car for under 20,000cr. Then goto race that car on standard tyres with no upgrades.

2 days later I might even try B Spec. ;)

Fair enough. But so far you are the only one who hasn't said what you want to do yet, everyone else has lol.

Possibly because what he wants to do first hasn't been announced or confirmed yet

As for me, the first thing I'll do is get an AE86 and do a few laps around the Nurburgring to get a feel for the new physics engine. Then if there is in fact a livery editor I'll be painting it 👍

I agree with Samus. It's too early for me to decide what I'll be doing first when I don't know what to expect.

I'm with Simon on this one. There is a lot of stuff I like so far but there is a whole lot yet to be revealed for GT6. But to go along with the question, from what we know now the first thing I want to do is drive the Delta Wing on Willow Springs. Probably can't do that in Arcade mode immediately though. The day GT6 came out I spent the entire day doing quick arcade races on all the available tracks so I will probably do that.

1. Watch the opening movie carefully, paying attention to everything.

2. Go into options and switch the opening movie off.

3. Turn off music during races.

4. Set up the controls for my DFGT.

5. Have a good look around the new car dealerships.

6. Consider my next move.

Same thing I did with all the other GT's, go searching through all the menus and submenus to see what I can find.

I am going to explore everything in the menus, take a test drive in arcade looking at the tracks, then get a car and race! GT5 will probably be collecting dust!
