What is the "Other" option in Aero parts?

The "other" parts for the el Camino include a pickup bed cover, this cover plus a boot lid and a truckbed top with windows that makes it look like a station wagon.

I'm sorry for bumping this but is there a thread that has all the cars that can have the 'other' option? I would like to know.

Also, the BMW Z8 '01 has an option to have the top up.

I agree, its under utilized, but a new or relatively new feature that might get more stuff added to it.

The Lotus 97T uses the "other" tab for some visual tweaks too.

The Suzuki Cappuccino has 2 options under the "others"

Both are headlight masks.

One is body colored, the other is carbon fiber.
