Pendulum - Master Of Puppets (cover)

I love this song, my reason for posting it here is because it's so devisive :nervous: Say what you think...

I actually don't mind that considering I got quite a bit of Pendulum on my iPhone

In the meantime, I don't think this is the worst song ever but every time I hear it, I lol.

I have tons I could list here, Nickelback for sure, they are like a poor pastiche of Nirvana wading through molasses at the best of times and especially that one that goes "she's just a woman" makes me want to give that spaniel lead singer a...anyway

I think the songs I like least are ones where they are lazily put together and have no discernible hooks or tune such as "Jenny from the block" which sounds like a cat walking over an old casio synth, random flute loops and farty-sounding brass fills all over the place, with a clumsy vocal and laughable lyrics.

Another song that bugs the hell out of me is "Suddenly I See" by KT Tunstall which was a hit here but hopefully nowhere else. I've heard some other songs of hers and they aren't my cuppa but well put together enough, but that one is just utterly random and sounds like a bunch of nursery rhymes taped together, with idiotic cliched backing vocals too.

Oh and any whiny self-absorbed crap by the likes of Damian Rice, who presumably sounds so forlorn because the Bentley dealership delivered his new car with the wrong rims or something. Dick.

no.

Rule #1 of Pendulum, anything they make is amazing. No exceptions.

Gosh... Why?

Urgh... no idea. I just really dislike their songs. They just seem like a generic racing-game-soundtrack rock band :indiff:

I guess you've listened to them outside of GT? And it's fair enough, I respect your opinion, but certainly don't agree with it! :)

If this was the "Worst Songs Ever," I would say every pop song ever made. But for now, I'll say "Thrift Shop" by Macklemore (Whatever his name is). :yuck:

The soundtrack of all the wanna be gangsters around where I live.

I think maybe you should have just left it at a link or not posted it at all... I can see about a half dozen swears on that without pressing play.

Ooops, will do.

Proably Ray J - I hit it first. I mean c'mon who cares if you hit it first?
Exactly. That's what you can expect from rap songs these days. They rap about all sorts of things that we probably don't want to know, things the AUP doesn't permit me to mention. :yuck:

Yes I was waiting for that one. Definitely not a good song, the chorus doesn't even rhyme!

Sounds to me like your not a afroman fan. Nether am I. I have heard two other songs from him before and I agree, he is just a stupid, wanna be gangster that can't sing. 👎:grumpy:
will.i.am ft. Britney Spears - Scream & Shout.
I could just sense you were about to say that. I have never liked that song since it came out.
DK
I raise you another will.i.am song, this time featuring Nicki Minaj - "Check It Out". :yuck:
Oh great, he just goes from one freak to another. Nicki Minaj is worse than Britney Spears in my opinion. 👎:yuck: When Lil' Wayne retires, I hope he takes that freak with him.:ouch:

We here in the UK have a radio organisation called Heart. They're a big group who run a number of stations, and they hoovered up all our local ones to replace with a horrid generic roster of unentertaining "DJs" who sound more like a horrid generic bunch of boring parents complaining about their kid's behaviour in posh restaurants. I mean, who cares about that? Talk about the music at least, or news, or something... it's at times purely embarrassing.

Also, their motto is "More Music Variety", when you're likely to here the same set of song played every hour. Seriously, I want to like music by people like Adele (she's a talented woman and I like her music), but from the constant playing of it I just get sick of it.

So, we have a rule when it comes to music; if a song is played on their station, it becomes rubbish. End of, no matter who they are and what other songs they've made. It works...
