I used to run 888 with my old account because I liked Craig Lowndes but shortly after he retired from full-time racing I switched to 2 because it was the number Scott Pye had at WAU. Not only that but it was the number of Mark Skaife and Garth Tander so it also had some historical significance to me. When Pye left WAU at the end of 2019 he went to Team 18 and got the number 20, which I have used ever since. Funnily enough, I haven't actually applied the number to any of my cars in GT7 yet

When I can choose a number, or put a number on a car in games, it's 17, the day I was born. 🙂

When I do a livery in GT, if the car has a number plate, I use 'REDHED17' on an Italian plate, rear only, as that was a good template I found to put text on. 🙂

I always number a car for the age I am the day I number it. All of my garages in the various Turismo games over the years represent a timeline of me getting older. My newest GT7 cars are currently wearing number 62. It doesn't seem that long ago that my cars were numbered in the 40's lol.

That's really interesting because I also use the number 57 and it's also a totally random choice with no particular reason.
