What level or license is needed to buy Le Mans Prototype cars?

Hi,

On a youtube video I saw all these Le Mans Prototype cars being purchased at the Dealership, but they aren't available to me. It's very frustrating because in building up levels at Seasonal Events I keep coming up against the 20,000,000 credit limit, but can't buy the cars I'm going to need. Does anyone know at what level I can buy these cars (I'm at 32), or is it a license I don't have yet?

On another track, are there any cars with decent resale value I could stockpile?

The normal way is waiting that cars from the UCD (used car dealership)
or beating some events.

With ur 32 level you can drive these cars.

Thank you, only looking more closely at that youtube video it obviously isn't a Dealership page but something I've not seen in the game.

Those are all level 23 cars.

For the most part Faster cars mean higher level. I.E. Silvia's are usually lvl 0-5 while X2011 is a lvl 40 being the pinnacle of the game in terms of performance.
