Maybe... but Tokyo by night is sooo cool...
Look that.

Yes you're absolutly right, I've been in Japan for several times, and Tokyo at night is unbeatable, Odaiba, Tokyo Tower (magnificant atmosphere), Tokyo City View, Shinjuku, having dinner in 40th floor.... and the best is probably the fact, that it is 99.999% SAFE... you don't have to care about your money or about going through dark sidestreets... that makes it really twice as good as other metropoles...oh man I'm really off topic right now, but Japan is just so great...

You're right 👍

I don't understand the fascination with Tokyo, don't you think that Japan already has a disproportionate number of circuits and cities? Besides, there IS a Tokyo Track, Tokyo R246!

you guys need to go play NFS: U if you want neon for the sake of it. Your not even thinking about whether the layout would be any good. Most modern city courses are dull to drive on - no fun road elevation changes/camber changes etc. Tokyois just too smooth for me. Not interesting enough.

Actually, I would go for an track with Tokyo Tower or the "Big Egg" in it. That would be pretty cool.

Well, i got your point.... and the neon thing might be part of the fascination... in Tokyo there are interesting tracks though, looking at the highways that were added
in the 60's, there are quite a lot of elevation changes... I mean honestly, Special Stage Route 5 and SS R 11 are in Tokyo, no doupt, as well as most original tracks are
in Japan ( Trial Mountain, Deep Forest, Autumn Ring ) as GT 1 wasn't meant to be released outside Japan (until it had the huge success)...

Personally I don't think that another Tokyotrack will be added, but I liked the tracks in Metropolis street racer, I think they would be fun to drive....

And I wasn't only talking about Tokyo, but also about Hakone, Rokko, Nikko etc
and apart from games like Kaido Battle (1/2), Battle Gear (2/3), Initial D, Touge series using this kind of tracks with their 1001 corners and hairpins I drove these streets myself in Nikko, Hakone, Nagano-shi etc... believe be it is just AWESOME and can hardly be beaten by anything, so the addition of some touge racing would really be a big Plus for GT 5...

I bet GT5 will be out on PS3 I bet the tracks will look so real and a design a track mode could work on a PS3.

Was this thread really necessary? GT4 isn't even out worldwide yet, I really see no point in this thread even existing.
But I guess the n00bs will have a field day with it, thinking their opinions make a difference in the outcome of the next GT game...

If you think it is stupid, then don't click on the link, what the hell do you care? Asshole.

Come on, let's watch the language.

I don't see the point of the guys' post either though. Instead of posting meaningless message on the thread you don't care about, why not post something on the thread with an topic that interest you?
