The crap on the phone only stays there if you want ;)

My SGS has an Android version purely stock.

I want it working out of the box, it's the same reason why I don't buy pre-built computers too.

Alcatel slidey keyboard thing quite nice as a first phone
samsung galaxy y the lack of apps or power was disappoint
Blackberry 8320 great fun just got it for music and bbm that got dropped in a lake and i went in after it and it was okay ish then i had to cancel my contract as the mast in my area went down
SONY XPERIA SP is my current phone and the best phone it has a light bar nice camera and big screen perfect

Just upgraded from an Iphone 4s to a 5s. The wireless died on mine...but my kid's wireless are still working wtf

^^^ How do you like yours? My wife has that phone and she seems satisfied with it. I noticed that the back cover scratches very easily. Cheapo polished plastic will do that I guess. It's now hidden inside a case. Should have done right away.

I also put mine in a case as soon as I got it to prevent scratches and other variants of damage (I don't really care about the plastic). and to answer your question I don't like mine because both the graphics and central processing units are getting a bit too weak and the features are cut down when compared to the flagship model it is based on and I doubt it is getting kitkat any time soon. But I'm not planning on spending any money on a new phone yet and I could uninstall a few apps to make it more responsive.

EDIT: Before getting the iPhone, I had an S4 for a couple of weeks just to try out if I can live with a Samsung phone. I got rid of it because it's just not all that good to me. While it has tons of features but I use none of them. The amount of bloatwares in it is just amazing and after using it for 2 weeks with barely any apps in it, the phone starts to lag and at some point it gets very annoying, worse than my XPERIA P. It's still a great phone but just not my cup of tea. So yeah, I got rid of it for the iPhone and I'm happier now. Guess I still can't live with a Samsung S phones...

@Prince.M5: Have you tried out the Galaxy S5 yet? It's more polished than it's predecessor...And, it's IP67 - Water Resistant/Dust Proof.:)

I haven't tried it because it hasn't arrived here yet. Reviews said that it's a massive improvement over the S4 so I'm definitely eager to try it out. I've just tried my mate's Note 3 a couple of hours ago and that one is blazing fast! Since the Galaxy S5's specs aren't that far from the Note 3, I would expect it to perform about the same. And goodness me the screen on the Note 3 is brilliant! :drool:

LG G3:

Same size screen as the iPhone 6+ but higher resolution, a 4k video camera, expandable storage, removable battery, wireless charging and IR blaster for £200 less. It's an awesome phone and I wouldn't swap it for anything on the market right now.

I feel you on this. I like all the extra features it has also like run multi apps at once etc. I am using my S3 and would like a new phone, but I love this one. It does so much more and I would need a new phone that does just as much just with some newer specs like better screen etc. I would probably get this phone if I was going to buy a new one right now

I have a Moto G, all the smartphone I really need. It's quick enough for social media and handles all current games and it's inexpensive! :)

I have 2 phones, a Prestigio 5044 as my primary phone on contract, and a LG Optimus L7 that I use for custom ROMs.

I missed out on the iPhone 6 pre-orders, but as soon as they are available in stock at AT&T stores I''ll be upgrading my iPhone 5 32gb to a iPhone 6 64gb. I'll be waiting to see how the new iPad's are and decide if I'm going to bother upgrading my iPad mini yet.

Have an Xperia x10 but will upgrade soon, I'm thinking LG G2 anythoughts gents? the difference in price between it and the G3/M8 is big here so seeing as I probably afford the latter is it a good idea to buy it or what?
