What transmission do you use?

Maybe I am using a Ty-drive with a 5 speed Liberty. The Ty-drive mates a torque convertor to what is normally a clutch operated manual.

Like an old automatic stickshift VW?
Ever see a manual transmission with a spring loaded 1-2 shifter hooked up to a solenoid?

According to another forum member (whose name I can't recall now), there's a bug in the replay system that makes it look like other people are using auto, even though they aren't.

I think the game doesn't save detailed settings like realistic engine sounds and auto/manual for other drivers as they do for your own car.
