What's a good street premium car that can make 400km/h tuned?

What's a good street legal premium car that I can tune to go 400km/h plus. Tried a Mclaren F1 and can only reach 384. Price is not a problem, if you can help it would be nice.

This is the only car that has over 1000 Horsepower while still being street legal so it's the only car that will go over 400 KM/H.

Also try a Ferrari F60 'Enzo' but that handles like mud so it's not a "good" car.

If you're asking for no draft, then the ACR, Enzo and '06 GT can do it. The GT only just though, the Enzo can hit that speed in a tunnel drag and the ACR's only a couple of k's (396-397) behind that in a tunnel race, both hitting 400km/h easily with a half decent gearbox tune.
If drafting, add the GT-R SpecV, McLaren F1, Audi R8 V10, '06 SRT-10 Coupe & '02 Viper GTS aswell, even the 599 will get there too.
