Generally yes, but when your full throttle your engine rpm is not constant as its bouncing off the limiter, so in some cars there may be a 3 or 4 hundred rpm fluctuation from one launch to the next...and that could result in a 0.050 difference, online or offline. Two identical cars with identical tunes and launching at the exact same time might have a half car to one car difference due to catching a different rpm while launching off a random ghost.
There are some people who control their launch rpm by holding the car at a certain rpm while waiting for the ghost, but it requires you to reprogram the buttons to do it properly. I was given a demonstation on the Enzo and it does work better but I'm still doing full throttle.
