Thank you for your hard work on this SGETI 👍

It's stuck and will hopefully answer a lot of recurring questions on the subject.

Racing cockpit from Germany. Very low price. Does anyone have any info on this set up?

How much does the wheel stand cost ? And do they ship to the US ?

I have no idea of the price or where they ship to. I would suggest contacting them directly by phone or email for the information you desire. Good luck.

The one you showed has a post in the center which I would avoid like the plague. For a second rig I bought a http://shop.sim-seats.com/SR-X-Driving-Simulator-SS-20-SRX.htm and best of all no center post.

I just ordered a custom SR-X after much thought and research. So far they're customer service has been unparalleled and I will edit this post once I receive my custom rig, which by the way was cheaper than the rSeat Evo V3 even with the extras I've ordered with it!

Edit: Initial assessment. Received Sim-Seat SR-X two days ago, aside from a couple minor issues, am very pleased with this rig, it's extremely stable, adjustable, and comfortable!

Glad to hear about your purchase. Please keep us informed after you received and have raced a few laps.

SGETI,

Any chance of updating the list to note where the cockpit originates from? For instance, an american would be interested in the Obutto, where as a british man would be interested in the GT Omega. The costs are very similar, but the shipping charges are considerable for people in different continents.

I have thought of doing this, however, since this site is global i am not able to always determine where the site originates from. Some sites from Europe i am unable to translate,as well as the Asian sites.
I do not want to give out wrong information which may cause a problem. Hopefully someone buying a new rig or cockpit will take the time to research the proper location for ordering and try to determine the most cost effective method of shipping.

Many people have told me they planned on ordering a certain cockpit only to find out the shipping was not cost effective. Hope you understand my situation on this matter..

Did you make the cockpit? Is it for sale?

Did you buy the cockpit? where from?

Appreciate the pictures. Looks great. I am sure many of the readers will like to know the answers.

SGETI,

That's not a problem, you could only list those countries that you know for certain. I think it's a great list. The way I'd do it, is something like this:

Obutto - USA - EU distributor
GTOmega - UK - Ships worldwide
Bob earl chassis - USA - Ships worldwide
VRC - Germany - Ships worldwide.
Rinoseat - Croatia - Ships worldwide.

If there are cockpits which origin you don't know, you can ask here or simply not list them at all. Sorry if I'm being pushy but I think this would be great for an already great list. 👍

i agree this would help, however this project will have to be added to my already overloaded list. Any help you wish to give would be appreciated. Just send me a PM with info. Hope you have a great day.

Really shouldn't be on here at work. But got a question for anyone who might know of any places that sell a three monitor floor stand that is transportable for easy storage. Something along the lines of this but for three monitors obviously

My setup is a Fanatec wheelstand with a CSR Elite with Clubsport pedals that I tuck away into my closet when not in use. I'll post pictures up soon in the man-cave thread later.

I was hoping there would be some inexpensive homemade stands in here. Sad there are none :(

I need something that can be made of PVC or some other readily available and cheap material, use with a set of CSP, and while sitting in a LaZboy recliner. Any ideas?
