Where can I buy F1 2020 for PC?

I have this game on PS4 but I don't use the console anymore. It was the best of the series and it still has Kimi Raikkonen (which I prefer to drive with).

It is not on Steam so it can't be purchased. That's insanity.

I'd love to have this on PC. Any tips?
