Well, I guess the reason you people aren't saying you want to meet me is because it's a given. I mean, everyone obviously would love to, so everyknows that everyone would like to meet me so no one posts my name.

Too many people to name that I would want to drink. . . I already know when a few of you get to Orlando we are going out partying :D

I've been lucky enough to receive a lot of correspondence from so many truly enthusiastic GT fans. Even though my FAQs are outdated and obsolete, I'll get an IM from a GTPer every once in awhile that seems to know that I share their GT passion on a multitude of levels. I know that if we met in person, we'd be able to talk for hours on end... and besides, who wouldn't want a new buddy to race head-to-head against? :)

Sorry for firing up this 2 year old thread but I didn't want to start a new one if I can pose my questions in an existing thread.

I've been wondering from time to time over the years if: (really, I did!!!)
- there're GTP members who look up other GTP member's threads, posts etc..., just to read what they have to say or just answer their posts?
- Are there GTP memebers in particular you especially like to discuss things with (eventhough you never met them), you kind of respect them, somehow?
- Are there GTP memebers you can relate to?
- Are there GTP members you consider to be a friend (or enemie), just by reading their posts?
- Maybe there're GTP members you don't care less about what they post or have to say???!!!
- Are there GTP members you want to know more about, whom you think are funny, smart (no doubts there, ey Famine ;) ), serious or just a pain in the ass.
-Are there GTP memebers you've PM'ed often?
-Are there GTP members whom made an impact, whom you remember very good, just by reading their posts, threads.
- Are there GTP members you consider to be a part of this big "GTP-family" we've become throughout the years?
- Is it possible that some GTP members like to discuss, talk, read posts of other's because they're (fellow-)countryman/woman or have English as a first language. Because some of us don't speak English very well and your biased towards them (on a conscious or unconscious level)?!
- Are there GTP members you like because of their expertise in some areas?
- Are there GTP members you like to track down and see what they've been posting while you were offline?
- Are there GTP members, ect.... (you can pose a similar question I'ven't thought about...)

You all know what I mean??

These question are not about Whom you would like to meet but whom you like and think you could be friends if you should meet in real life!!
 
Well, i often PM James (G.T) if he's not on MSN, and i check some msn contact's profiles to see if they're online. I'm usually on msn to him too ;)
 
Boy, that would be "yes" to most of kikie's questions. And just like the last "gtp members you'd like to meet" thread, there will be too many to list! I'm sure that I could list like 30 names, just off the top of my head.

Yep, I agree Jon would be a good friend. I talk to him every single day on MSN too...

Hopefully, I SHOULD be meeting him, but I'm not sure on a date yet as it's quite a distance to travel.

Most of the questions on the list are fairly true with many other people, too.
 
Most of them (not monster_man or wasace) seem nice (not evil) so I would'nt mind who I meet
