Toronado would be cool to meet too, as he leave relatively close to me anyways.
 
Well being leader of the drift team RSM I would love to have a chance to meet them in real life. Also Wilso who I have known for close to 6 years now.

It is true, I live in Buckie. :lol: (Google Maps link here) I've never touched Buckfast before and I don't plan on going down the alcohol road

I have heard that people who interact only online at first (sans voice/cam) and then later on meet in real life are usually surprised at the appearance of the people they meet.
It's like what they thought the people looked like, and what they actually looked like, never match.

I was once supposed to be picked up at the airport by an out-of-province dealer that I was doing some work for, and had even some conversations with on the phone (the HO at the time had made most of the arrangements) and when the guy came to pick me up he was astonished and took quite awhile to accept that I was the person.
Apparently he thought I was six feet, blond and blue-eyed; and I'm the total opposite. :lol:

I met Neljack in real life. He was more or less what I was expecting but it was weird as I have known him for a year just on skype etc,

I actually think we'd get along dashingly - a pair of petrol heads, astrophysics & chemical discussion and parmo. what could go wrong?

I'd quite like to go for a bike ride with Neal, actually. And have a gin or several with AT, Dion, Dennisch (just to say 'tight like a tiger' and 'yesh') and Dandies. 👍
 
Wasn't expecting to see my name to be in this thread! :D:tup: I'd love to go riding with you Shem although I'd have to borrow a road bike to make things even or get you on some trails...finishing at a pub to meet AT would be genius...and messy :P

I've met quite a few of the people I'd want to at purples last LAN which was great but as I haven't even unpacked my wheel since moving it seems unlikely I'll be doing any racing any time soon.

It would be great to meet Allyn, Dion, Mike Crotch, Shaun, Sharky, TB, T-12, TM, Analog, Blitz187, SlipZtrEm...and plenty more...I really should spend more time round here.
