who's got gold on s-8?

is there anyone else here who has got gold for s-8 i just got it a few mins ago with a time of 1.27.425 iv'e seen that people are saying that they beat the test but no mention of a gold in sight surely i can't be the only one .

Well, all golds on the B license isn't that hard plus it makes the game so much easier to start off with that miata. But you are right, after that.....it's just for bragging rights i think.

Perhaps it's the fear of getting done with all the races and finding out that they are only at 99% compete with no desire to get the other 1% (Golds in Licenses).  What do you think?

I would be more content with a bronze on the S-8.  But that's just me....

i'm not getting the golds for the % as i don't think that makes any difference , i'm getting them cos they are so hard and i like a challenge. And obviously the golds are put there for a select few.......sorry !!!

I don't know if you have to get Gold to complete it 100% but what I do know is that you have to get the Super Licence to complete the game, as there are a few races which require a Special Licence.

When you got the gold in the S License, did it raise your percentage complete?

I have all my Licenses, but no golds in the S license.  Perhaps when all else is done, I will go back for the challenge.  Congrats on your skills and persistance.  :thumbsup:

I got gold too at the s-8
too lazy to check out the time. but I know you can drive at least 1 second under the time the demo does.

I know a lot of guys don't want to get all gold medals, because it is not getting you a better rating.
but only the real champsi will get all gold medals!
there are only 2 tracks I haven't got gold medals. those are track 2 and track 6 of the S-licence.
specially track 6 with the Dodge Viper and that damned corkscrew in the middle is very tough.
but I am sure I will get that gold medal very soon :-)

Well.....as stated in my other post in response to your thread, you can get the Viper GTS-R Concept from the GT All Stars series in the professional league.  

That's a helluv a lot easier than getting all golds in the S license.
