Turning the ideal line off (How is that called in english?) helped me to drive 1 second faster on my first lap without ideal line
 
You mean the racing line.
Yes, you should always learn the track without it, because you automatically adapt to the line and try to drive as much as possible after what it tells you, which isnt the fastest way.
I made this mistake in F1:CE and never learned the physics properly because of this.

I use it for brake marking on about 4 of the turns, in other places it's way off.
 
same me, i found this line much helpful with braking after long straight, but on other hand, do we can use this line on national finals?
