Why are steering wheel NOOBies so hard on them???

People do the same thing to my G25, and they drive really good in RL too. They just slam the gears like nothin, hit the pedals so hard they flip, and bang the locks when going high speeds (which is plain on retarted)

my G25's lossened up heap's and has a little bit of a dead zone now becouse of some mates thrashing the day's out of it. Atleast now we know were the saying "Slamming it through the gear's" comes from lol

Ugh, you got that problem too? Its so annoying, I've been wanting to send it back to Logitech, but Im not sure if I want to be sending it to Cally. Do you also have a problem that the wheel tends to off-center itself sometimes?

Yep usually to the right, and it has a lot of loose play, as in it takes about 30 degrees of turning before the motor's really seem to kick in.

Bleh, same exact thing here... I might get my G25 fixed, meaning get a new one, sell it then get a porsche wheel.

First time I got my wheel it was hard getting used to it. Now I feel as if I cant drive with the DS2 I have to use the wheel. I cant drive rally races with the wheel. Its pretty darn impossible. That is the only reason I use the DS2 except for photomode to.

I want to get the DFP, but I'm scared my brother will come over and beat the living hell out of it. Even if I tell him no he can't use it, he will stand next to me and jerk on the wheel before every turn. I want to go left, he will jerk right.

I do karting and i drive it alot. I dont want to brag but i am pretty amazing. With the wheel in a kart i am smooth with the wheel i flow into corners and its the same with my DFP i never really thrash it but when my friend comes round who also does karting he thrashes it he pulled the top of the gear lever the other day. I think that they thrash it because they dont have to buy a new one if it breaks
