Look at this video just released from Codemasters - a look behind the scenes on the devlopment of Dirt 2.

Why PD can't do something like this is beyond me.

Hats off to Codemasters - well done!!

I genuinley want a copy of dirt2 now - amazing what a little video can do isn't it?

If PD does not literally blow our socks off at E3 and then go on to say a 2010 release instead of 2009, I reckon PD should call it a day as they are living in the past - no commincation and long waits for their customers is not acceptable in this day and age.

All eyes are on E3.

Whoa' that actually looks stunning, wasn't going to purchase it, but it looks like they took on alot of feedback and it looks to be set for a great game.

however PD have never been like Codemasters in the sense of releasing behind the scenes footage or sneak updates, but they get the job done in the best way possible, you take the good with the bad, and thats just part and parcel of how PD is.

Thanks for posting that video, that actually looks incredible makes me want it.:)
Are'nt they doing the new F1 game as well ?

You say they should call it a day, haha haha ha. With no news or videos of GT5 (excluding GT5P, which in my opinion is so much more than an interview or video) just wait and see how many copies GT5 still sells. We will then see if PD should call it a day or not

Yeah it would be really awesome if PD had done something like a 20 minute documentary about how they made GT5P and how it will go into GT5.

Is it a sim?

I doubt it, DiRT 1 wasnt and GRID neither.
DiRT was still fun, looking forward to this one here.

But why the heck this thread here? So stupid, like anyone at Polyphony Digital or Sony would give a damn.....

Yep thats right - you hit the nail on the head - Sony & PD don't give a dam - a truly sad company.

The thread was put here because I wished PD would release information about the on-going development of the game.

It does not hurt a company to do so - in fact it is good business to do it.

And I'm Stupid?

Graphics and car sounds looks AWESOME!!!!! :dunce:
Hope we'll be able to select a simulation mode or arcade mode, like in GT5P.
I think this summer we'll taste the demo.

About PD I think that we'll get the information about GT5 on E3. American people says that no news are good news.

This may be wishful thinking, but maybe they'll release a video on GT TV after GT5 is released. A behind the scenes video is probably the last thing on their minds. Just imagine the late hours and attention to detail they put in when making the game and modeling the cars, tracks, physics, etc.

You wish they would release something because YOU created that thread?

Yes you are.

At the second - Yes.. I think you are..

Locking before it degenerates even more...
