Why do people crack it so hard?

Bah... You're just a ds3 drifter...
And I'm sorry but there's no need of using the ebrake to link a corner. Watch videos of Nikko circuit or even Orido in his red supra. They don't use the ebrake to link the big infield before the backstraight. Same for the Dunlop corner after the second hairpin of Tsukuba.

Yeah that guys speaking for himself. I use a DS3 and hardly ever use the ebrake. Oh and dont be hating on DS3 users:sly:

Not hating at all don't worry, some of my teammates are DS3 users. But the guy just brags too much blabla. The only thing you would achieve drifting SH tires with a wheel is killing the wheel while have low angle. If you think drifting is ALL about speed you're thinking wrong.

Try the late 60's Fiat 500.

Just did and guess what :)

True. It's my biggest gripe with Formula D (Apart from maybe all the NASCARs turning up) It's turned more into drag racing than drifting, with battles being lost purely because you didn't close the gap, even though you followed their line perfectly and had more angle.

I agree, I tried SH's earlier and I found myself just grip racing Suzuka. It reminded me of when I first got GT5 and could only afford CH's to race with lol.

you're all doing it wrong if you can't drift with Sport Hard. Seriously.

And my old Fiat 500 is that same lime green!

My Holden Monaros on Sport Hard, that drifts fine lol. If I put comforts on it it'll go all over the place.

Lime Green looks great on the fiat lol, I went for a Mr. Bean look, considering I haven't found an old Mini anywhere yet :( I should have put the carbon fiber bonnet on it without paint..

My Holden is on CH and it drifts fine, we can go on like that for 1 week saying how one of our drift just fine with the tires we use, its useless.

I think it's weird how for the longest time, nobody in drift rooms could drift the entire course, and now pretty much EVERYONE is a good drifter. It's weird to me.

It's called learning curve.
And most people drift with controllers which make all things easier whatever the tires you're using.

It may be the rules but raging at people simply for choosing a car, not causing any distraction to anyone else, isn't called for. I wasn't told that certain things weren't allowed, he just got straight to the point and went ape****.

My car before the Honda Odyssey was the Holden Monaro, that thing is un-drivable on CHards so I pulled out the Odyssey to have a quick go, next up was my RX7, I didn't even get the chance to go to the vehicle menu to meet his requirements -_-

When I pull those cars out on a track and I see the blips of people drifting together coming towards me, I pull over and get off the road and let them go past. I could be an ignorant prick and just keep driving my line and stuff up their drift.

Taking a tune on the web won't make you drift king status. The tune depends on the style of the person.
And sorry but the monaro is perfectly driftable with CH, blame your skills not the car nor the tires.

Are you still going? You have stated your opinion 10 times, we get the hint. NO ONE CARES. Like I said we all have our own way of doing things, stop being such an ignorant prick. You speak before you know the facts, look at the car and notice what its like before you even try to judge.

You've done nothing in this thread except for trying to make yourself all high and mighty over people who use DS3 and have different ways of tuning/drifting their cars than you.

If anyone is old school enough here to remember team FBI they were all using simulation tires in GT3 and economy tires in GT4, and at the time nobody was whining or bragging that higher end tires are better. And team FBI was one of the best team at the time.
Sport tires kills lines and unless you have 1000hp can't link corners properly, manji looks ridiculously weak with sports tires also.

Wow, I did not expect to see this. Good to know people still remember the past greats. Tandeming with Team FBI was the best :-) Too bad they are not around except for one or two members that I know of. Gone are the days of small teams filled with Pro+++ drifters. I am sure some are hiding in the shadows these days.
Do you remember GT3 much? The guy that put out the awesome drift video using powerball 3000 song (I think thats it). The guy has gone pretty far in GT academy. Bryan Heitkotter is the name.

My ISF has around 680+ HP and weighs around 1600+ kg. I have no problem doing tandem with low hp cars like the S13's and AE86's.
Now when there is that one person using Comfort Soft they start pulling away no matter where we are on the track or how much hp they have.

For tuning I actually read almost all of the real life drift suspension tuning guides. Now I can tune cars almost perfectly.

Always judge a book by its cover kids,👍
