I think the Wii has really had it, I find it partially funny that the Wii Motion Plus is hardly used on games, even first party titles!

The problem stems from the fact that there arnt enough great games for the system, its too saturated with party games and the casual market fad has worn off. They now need to appeal to the hardcore gamers with more titles like SM Galaxy, Goldeneye and Dead Space Extraction.

A proper Pokemon FPS / RPG game which mimics / remakes the gameboy world but in 3D is something that would be cool, the last time they attempted something like that was 'XD Gale of Darkness'.

Until E3 2011
I don't think a lot of attention is going to be placed on the Wii this year, which isn't a good thing for Nintendo fans like me who has no plans on immediately getting a Nintendo 3DS. Considering that the Nintendo Wii is the weakest console out of the three in terms of power, we should expect the console to receive a successor late next year not only due to fans demands, but also because it gives them an opportunity to make a head start on the next generation of gaming, which would put Sony and Microsoft on a huge squeeze and if Nintendo is lucky enough, drive them out of the home console business and either quit the gaming industry all together or focus only on software; not to mention that we have the soon to arrive 3DS at our doorstep, which will almost certainly have a lot of focus this year.

Too bad you can't choose your team in Wii Sports baseball.

My sister tainted it with Kingdom Hearts and anime characters.
