So let me get this straight: PD have now patched the exploit where users could download other people's tracks without actually friending them? Am I getting this right?

Im not into discussing on main GT6 and GTSport anymore due to the amount of "brain cell loss" posts that comes from both sides.

But really, its seems that PD brings this to themselves. The amount of other games news are just too much for PD to handle at this point.

I do not have expectations on this maintenance at all. Its the fact that how insultingly slow and repetitive the land of GT is. Its feel very empty and the only keeps thing up is the online racing and clubs, which i admit isnt everyones thing.
 
GT6 is pretty much finished with all of the promised features being released. I don't think we'll be getting another content update at all, and that the Bugatti and Hyundai VGTs might be saved for GT Sport. PSX isn't too far from now, so hopefully more information about GT Sport will be revealed there.

I recently discovered a glitch in GT6 and posted my findings in the bugs and glitches forum. I didn't want PD to just patch over this and no one to know it existed, so this is for the record.

No serious updates will be released for GT6 anymore... this game is closed for PD. Only some small periodic maintenance type changes/date events, etc.

This is a fact.

Forget it.

They are working on GT-S, GT7, etc.
 
Would not surprise me at this point if PD said that the VGT program is all over and the remaining VGT cars will never surface and a subsequent patch with zero out all the blank entries.

Will be server support until May 2016 and then its off to the GT5 cemetary.

Buy a PS4 and get ready for GTS.
 
I said that 1.21 was the or one of the latest updates of GT6.

I was right.

Now, GTS was announced, PoDi will focus on this episode and this is normal.

Personally, I still play on GT6 but when the beta of GTS will be release, I'll abandon it. Can't wait PSX for more infos !
 
A different version of anything is a different version, not just a bug fix.

I already have a Xbone and the only PS4 exclusive currently out that interests me right now is Driveclub... Which also isn't worth $500.

I'm ridiculously picky when it comes to game other than racing ones.

Also if you say Bloodborne I would punch you in the butt through the Internet if I could.

Bought Dark Souls 2, played for 30 minutes before realizing it's **** and giving it to my bro. Such a waste of $85.

Off topic but anyways. If you are picky about games then owning either console would be an issue for you. (Besides exclusives)

Anyways, I hope eventually we do get the Bugatti and Hyundai visions at least but there's a good chance as some people have said it'll be kept to GTSport. One of the last things I think GT6 will be getting that are somewhat different would be Christmas seasonals which I hope reward anniversary cars even though that's unfair, I just want them haha.

GT6 seems like it's dead now, so... Eh. I'm more likely to spend $60 to get the laser on my PS2 fixed and play GT4, NFSU2, TXR and blah then drop $500 and wait for GTS.

Honestly, I think the reason I'm so unhappy with PD right now is because I feel that they released a unfinished product with less features then the previous title and dragged out finishing it to work on GTS/7.

How long has it been since CM was released?

Geez, doesn't feel like it's been that long. Been a while since the last update then.

Also just realized it's been over 14 years since I first played Gran Turismo (GT3, I remember endlessly tuning my Audi TT for the drag strip lol).
 
Sorry guy´s but PD have to release more VGT cars in GT6...that´s my opinion.

Do you guy´s think they are done with GT6 no more update´s no more cars nothing... i don´t buy that.

VGT is a special 15th anniversary from GT 6... not bringing the cars on the list will be bad PR... even for the brands.
