Coming in here makes me realize how slow I am compared to some of you guys. My fastest in race lap so far is 1'39.xxx(on Fuji 750pp)
The phrase "I told you so" fits this post nicely.
Edit: I get 1'37'9xx in free run with the GT and 1'38'xxx in races and i am still no match for these guys at fuji.

Timeattack is one fast MO FO. If you are stuck behind someone in Fuji, and he is leading..gone he is. We raced in the same race yesterday, but was never able to get a chance to try catch him in my Ford GT.

coming back on soon, saw a KOR_Punisher win a race and a KOR_Hellrazor win a race BUT yes a big BUT i just had a peach of a race with this Hellrazor character, me and him out front swapping positions and NO touching, i'd like to say victory for GTP even though i took first place, i have a suspicion that when he drafted me he did'nt pull out to pass at the finish, that's about four of these dudes i've come across now, fast, clean but make you sweat, if you read these, which i suspect you do, i enjoy every minute, thumbs up

I've won this race at Fuji 4 times in the last hour and a half. Nice. I (almost) finished 8 races total, but two of them got disconnected and the other two I finished mid-pack because all the children on there decided to bash their way to the top because they couldn't actually drive there. I'm happy I won, but I'm very angry with some of the people I'm (and all good racers) are having to race. I'm also fed up with the penalty system even though I've only been racing online for 3 days...but that's for another thread.

Believe me, you weren't holding me up at all. That was a good time. If you could have kept ahead of me through those last corners I don't doubt I'd have pushed too hard around one of them and you'd have ran off with it. That's a pretty common thing to happen. If the leader can manage to keep his fast pace the guy behind will start to get desperate eventually. But then again, if the guy behind is pushing the leader might start to panic a little...

LOL...Yeah I wish I can ACTUALLY lead a race.
And, I really think the hacks and punters go after the GTPer's.I saw Cashwars go through with almost no problem, an I thought, shoot I can do that and they thogh,"Oooo a GTPer, LET"S GET HIM!" And I get demolished. Just a theory.

Here's a question: Do a lot of racers always lag a bit or is it my connection? I've never had a problem with lag on my side playing online with the computer or PS2. Is it common for other racers to keep jumping around and sliding sideways in a straight line?
EDIT: Hopefully they'll eventually allow privately hosted games like Live for Speed does. In which, come to think of it, I've never had a problem with punters or lag.
