That was a great bit of fun!! I had the lead in the D2 GT300 race till my phone wrong twice in a row, thought something was wrong with the wifey as she was getting out of work at that time. Long story short, I spun and had to pit early. Finished 3rd. I think I'm particularly well with just a DS3. Tax refund can't come soon enough for a wheel/playseat :)

These cars are a blast to drive, what a great series!

I watched a bit of the replay which I agree with Masi, it's a horrid piece of trash, but it looked like a real race with how clean and smooth everyone was driving.

Watching the replay... i guess its the peripheral vision that's to blame Azien. I assumed you spun out after i veered left, so i went back wide to the right to get a better line down hill, but apparently, you recovered well enough to stay at pace. Im reallysorry about that m8. Though i think if you didn't quit right away, you could've finished at-least 5th or maybe 4th as Imari and Sonic had a bit of a tussle near half way.

Option 1

Thanks for the organization of the race @Masi and thanks to @Monoha for hosting div2

there were butterflies in the stomach while on the warm up lap with everyone zig zagging to try and get the tyres warmer:scared:

Had a huge battle with @nycrom during the 1st 10-12 laps:tup: bumper to bumper:) epic stuff!

Preserving tyres played a huge role in this race

No probs mate i Know it wasnt on purpose. I am already getting my car ready for the ring LOL

Just watching the replay, I notice 1st, 2nd and 3rd in GT300 as of Lap 11 have fastest laps as such:

Moieman: 1:27.807
Sonic: 1:27.806
Neomone: 1:27.807

Can you ask for any closer? :P

Lap 19 times for GT300

Moleman................1'27.807
GTP_Masicampo......1'27.810
Neomone...............1'27.807
Sonic....................1'27.806

Although everyone was a bit spread out by this time :D

You just pulled out a 1'26.8xx on lap 22

Nice Lap đź‘Ť

I hate this Replay system with a Passion... no rewind, no fast forward, no hot-keys to switch to another car... *sigh*

It will be 50 minutes before i post the fast laps... running it now...

yes, you can pick what car you want to follow during replay. But you might know that, and the "hot-key" you're refering to is a search for a more userfriendly way of doing it..

Seems like I got myself out of the action!!
Acutually I was expecting everybody else to take themselves out while I only has to run a steady pace. Was good enough for a 4th place after some accidentes by the top runners in GT500.
Great race guys, lots of patience needed to stay out of trouble.

Can't wait for the next one

Yes, the current system now is trash. Why do i have to go to a page and black out everything before i can switch cars? Why not keep it the way it was in Prologue (or GT4) where it's just a press away? :( i really hope it comes in the next update...

fast forward and rewind would be great too... and results page for data...

I think damage set to heavy makes things a lot more interesting. As Masi_23 said, it's part of racing and I do belive that it prevents "un nessesary" crashes. Also it adds a factor, that "anything can happen" as IRL-racing.. đź‘Ť

Great race but not for me :) I had a piece of crap setup and made a lot of mistakes. Took a couple of shots, saw a lot of close calls but nice and clean driving overall.

Think this is accurate, only thing I'm not sure about is whether Sonic etc. were 1 or 2 laps down, might be wrong there. Otherwise hope you don't mind me posting this, masi :)

Thanks Andil, i was in the process of doing it now, but yours turned out great :) I'll use that instead.

Very close lap times all throughout. By the way, Qczhao drove from 13th all the way up to 7th. Very patient drive đź‘Ť

We need the data for D2.

Nice pics Vaga đź‘Ť if you want tuning advice, just ask anyone. I'm sure they'll be willing to help :)

yes it was really sad that i lost connection, also that i crashed into the back of African Kat on the last corner lap3, so i had to drive 4th lap with engine issues.

I had a extremely close battle with both nycrom and African Kat the first 3 laps though. And i got back from 8th to 3rd position with 23+ sec behind after the pit, and then i lost connection, with 14 laps to go.

I was like a little kid seeing his favorite toy disappearing into the deep blue sea. :nervous: to :(

lol

That sucks man. Everyone should reset their routers and clear their online cache every race :D

By the way, should we leave it to 14 cars per grid or 16? The only problem with 16, is if it so happens that i don't qualify for D1 (highly possible) who's gonna host? Same goes to D2, Host will shuffle every week...

I guess 14 is good? I will reset the points system according to 28 cars total :)

I think it's neat if people share tuning advice in a general sort of way. When Aizen and helped me this week, they said "soft this, hard that, none of the other" instead of giving me a bunch of numbers. I think that's a cool way to help people out, but leave them some work to do themselves still. The tuning gurus have their edge, but the rest of us can know we're in the right general area.

Always glad to help out with tunning stuff, i am just really really gutted my race turned out like that lol. I already have a good setup for Nurburgring GP/F or D, just let me know if you need help again. I'll add you to PSN
