Right, you use the standard differential bdub. The stewards are basically nocturnal so we'll be able to do your runs during the weekend, if there's issues I might make bdub a steward.

With the small amount of power transmission settings shouldn't be too hard, you'll just have to adjust your final gear so it'll take ages to top out.

I can watch someone if none of the other stewards are available, no problem. 👍

Can I do the TT with a competitor since I can't with you guys during the week?

This Chamonix East SS isn't an official stage, it's just a practice so you can do it in your own lounge solo 👍

EDIT: I'm going to make you the fourth and final steward in that case BDub, just to ease things for any US competitors :)

Sounds like a plan Tom:tup:
Another quick question, is there going to be a penalty for making contact with the wall? I checked he OP and couldn't find anything on this.

Nope there isn't, but you may have noticed heavy damage is on. Smash the wall and you'll be nursing engine damage for the rest of the stage 👍

I know. I'm saying for the stages.

Note to self, got to make the Liege stage for tomorrow! I'll share it so the stewards can host their sessions, I'll be unavailable until Sunday night 👍

Busy at the moment man, just about to get to work on the Liege stage 👍

There's quite a lot more interest in this than I originally anticipated, I think another rally series may be in order following the conclusion of this. I'm thinking Super 2000, maybe even IRC.

Might have a go here aswell. But I may have an advantage as I learned to drive in a Suzuki Swift (Its VVT on hills made me ) and I drove it in heavy snow :P.

We're all screwed then  Welcome mate, PSN? 👍

Good to have you on board :)

Note to all competitors, the rally starts tomorrow night but myself and Akmuq are not available to supervise runs until Sunday evening. therefore if you want to do it this weekend it'd be best to contact one of the other two stewards; bdubclub or Matty (GTP names).

Note to all stewards, check my account ASAP to download the Power Stage for the Rally de Portugal, it'll be done within the half hour 👍

It's a beauty of a sunset gravel stage, around 4 3/4 miles, just under 4 minutes, very tight with short straightaways.

EDIT: We're all ready to go, stewards, the stage is up for download.

Anyone needs to do a lap just PM me, it's about 1:50AM local time here now so if you get no reply within 10 minutes I'm probably asleep.

Best of luck too all competitors :gtplanet:

Aww I was hoping to do it tomorow afternoon. (Well this afternoon.)

Yeah, well just to clarify the rally's do start on Friday nights 👍

Well, saturday mornings ;)

TomMcD
So 23:00 on Friday is not Friday night?

:sly:

Well actually as you can see in my quote from earlier, you said 22 hours and 9 minutes, at 1:51AM.

I did the Maths and didn't see you edit so I was oblivious to it actually being a hour earlier. So you can't serve someone if you already had given them false information.

Calm down fella, we're supposed to be team mates; I just wanted to use the cat meme to be honest

And I still had my laptop clock set to GMT, which was why I gave the wrong time originally. It is 23:00BST to avoid any confusion 👍

I'm not angry.. :D I just forgot to use smilies :dopey: and to prove a point.

Anyway, going to fix signature and user title to reflect our teammateyness :odd:

Ah, sarcasm and light heartedness don't translate terribly well in a block of smilieless text :P

Yup, sure I said something about that the other day to you :)
