/cue jokes pertaining to limp wrists. :dopey:

But seriously, turn down the force-feedback if you can't control the wheel's strength. If you're using a controller, take 15-minute breaks for every hour you play. That's what it says to do in every instruction booklet for every game. That would apply to using the wheel too.

At 240lbs, I wish there was more strength to the force-feedback in the G25.

I play at the force feedback at 10 and I never had this problem.

Try changing the angle of your setup. The front of my left foot, ankle area, tends to hurt if don't have the distance right.

If you turn up the Turn Angle you wont have to turn the wheel so much. Also, grab that mug like you mean it!

Maybe get one of the things with 2 handles you squeeze together to strenthen your grip... Holy crap, are we discussing physical training for online racing?! LOL I personally train with cheetos and pink lemonade.

Psshhh go to the gym and do some bicep curls, but if you are complaining about the G25 doing something, then Id be worried about the Wirsts comming off as you try and curl with 40+kg.

Never had any wrist problems, but one time my thumbs hurt after a long session with high FFB settings on PC, not a regular occurance though, I think I must have been holding the wheel awkwardly.

its the turning angle. i put it on 45degrees and i've been stressing too much on my wrist. Dont get me wrong people. I weight 160lbs and I am well built. i also think it's partially due to too much working out in the gym.

My wrist hurt initially too. Two things: 1. changing the angle of your G25 or get a higher chair. Both works for me. My left wrist is the one that hurts, but I'm right handed. Hope i contributed to something.

haha

maybe look into one of those wristbraces to keep your wrist from hurting?

I have to keep force feedback at 1 or the wheel destroys my table. I need a playseat.

Ain't that bad for your liver? Just go to your doctor and have it checked out.

Anyways, it might be your steering wheel angle. MY G25 is pretty much vertical and perpendicular ground as my rig is low to the floor. You don't want to put it at an angle like you're driving a bus, that will definitely strain your wrist.

well, i work in the medical field and i have some prescribed anti inflammatory medication (celebrex) at home. you are right. western meds aren't good for liver and stomach. but if it makes the pain and symptom better, not a bad deal.
